- Peruvian Ceviche - Small pieces of raw fish marinated in fresh aromatic lime juice tender onions, boiled sweet potatoes mixed with or without Andean hot chilis.
- Pisco Sour - It is based on Pisco (kind of brandy), lime juice, egg white and sugar syrup.

Fantastic Cooking Class - Incredible service and very knowledgeable. Spoke English and Spanish. They were energetic and fun. We were a group of 18. They made us all feel special.

Great cooking experience! - The cooking course was great, very nice people, delicious food. We learned how easy it is to make real pisco sour and ceviche and our chefs told a lot about the Peruvian kitchen.

A very nice little time - Despite being late we were greeted without any problems and with a smile. Joseph and Aaron explained step by step how to make our own ceviche and pisco sour. I totally recommend this experience, as the atmosphere was very pleasant and pleasant.
Besides, it was very rich!

Fantastic experience - The chef and assistant/translator were incredible! So personable and friendly. They also accommodate your dislikes and let you omit or exchange ingredients, with their skilled knowledge of the cultural food. Not only do they teach you how to make pisco sour and ceviche, but they tell you the reason why they prepare it a certain way for authentic tase and texture. You will also eat and drink your creations at a beautifully dressed table, with the amazing company of the assistant/translator to chat with. A fantastic experience all around!

It is definitely worth it! - This cooking class was great. Went with two other friends, it was well organised, the dinner set up was lovely. The ceviche and pisco sour was delicious! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do a cooking class in Lima.
You could also buy wine from them so you could have a nice glass (or two) with your ceviche

Great ceviche! - The cooking class was a great experience! Chef Joseph showed us all the tricks to male the best ceviche and pisco sour. We were very impressed by our own creation and can’t wait to replicate this recipe at home! Bonus: we wanted to try a certain rare exotic fruit and just happened to have it and even shared with us! Don’t hesitate, book the class now!

Book here you won’t be disappointed - The chef and chef’s assistant were extremely nice and professional. They explained everything thoroughly, answered questions, and had a great sense of humor. Cleanliness was great. Brought my preteen son and he loved it as well. Highly recommend!

culinary delights with friendly cooking accompaniment. - The cooking class is definitely recommended (10/10). The evening was a lot of fun and we also learned a lot about Peruvian (cooking) culture. Joseph and Cesar are super friendly. There was a lot to laugh and chat about!

Overall 10/10 experience. I have been in Peru for 4 weeks now and gone on multiple experiences and so far this is my fav - We had an amazing experience learning how to cook ceviche and make a pisco sour! Our chefs and assistants were super nice. Our chef spoke mostly Spanish and the assistant translated which I thought was perfect because it felt more authentic and allowed me to work on sharpening my Spanish skills. The group was a comfortable size of 5 total which was perfect because I felt like we got enough one-on-one attention as well as the ability to get to know each other. Also- my boyfriend is vegan so they went out of their way to give him a vegan mushroom ceviche recipe which was super sweet! Also all the food we made was sooooo good.
