Knowledge Development: Participants will receive the theoretical foundations necessary to explore the sea safely. Four essential skills will be taught during this initial phase.

Shallow Confined Water Practices: Upon completing Knowledge Development, participants will practice key skills in the sea at a depth of 2 meters.

Diving Immersion: After practicing at 2 meters, participants will gradually descend to a final depth of 6 to 12 meters, enjoying the underwater ecosystem for approximately 30 to 45 minutes, covering a distance of 200 to 300 meters.
