The workshop begins with an introduction to the cultural background and importance of sushi in Japan. Then, engage in a 1 to 1.5-hour interactive sushi-making session. Guided by our instructors, you will learn decorative techniques to shape, design, and arrange ingredients into delightful characters. Finally, enjoy a photography session to capture your creation, followed by an opportunity to savor your unique character sushi in a relaxed setting.
