Our exclusive Milos Fishing Experience will whisk you along the coast of Polyaigos and Kimolos in a traditional, fully equipped fishing boat for a relaxing day of net fishing and eating.
On this fishing trip in Milos, you’ll be accompanied by our experienced captain and his crew, who’ll teach you tips and tricks on how to fish the Greek way. And of course, we provide all the equipment you need for an unforgettable day.
Once we’ve hauled in our catch of the day, you can cool down with a dip while our crew prepares your meal. Then you’ll taste fresh fish and homemade delicacies, accompanied by a selection of soft drinks, beer, and wine, while enjoying gorgeous views of Polyaigos.

Do not miss this - book ahead! - Do not miss this wonderful authentic experience in Milos. All the reviews are correct - a beautiful day with Captain Nikos and his wife Frosso. We circumnavigated Polyaigos, absolutely stunning, a highlight of our trip to Milos and our month in Greece. Thank you for your kind hospitality Frosso & Nikos and I wish you a great season!

You must do it! - All of the reviews are true! Such lovely hosts and truly the highlight of our honeymoon. We learned a lot about fishing but it was also a relaxing day. We were blessed with great weather and lots of fish too. It felt like we were having lunch with our friends - their hospitality is amazing. If you have enough time in Milos, do this trip!

Stunning, friendly, memorable and delicious - We were lucky enough to go on this memorable cruise yesterday. We were taken on a magical tour of stunning coastlines with warm and welcoming people. We watched the highly skilled Captain Nikko haul in our fresh catch of the day, expertly prepared by his wonderful wife for our lunch.
We swam in crystal clear beautifully blue waters, ate like kings and chatted and laughed all day.
We both want to do it all again.

An authentic, beautiful experience in Milos!! Definitely the highlight of our honeymoon!! - We had an absolute fantastic day with Nikos and Frosso! This was our honeymoon trip, and we were lucky enough to just have it be the two of us! It was very cool to see the fishing nets pulled in and they were kind enough to educate us on what fish we had caught. We had even caught an angry friend, an eel!! Luckily it found its way back to the water.
We were spoiled with delicious food throughout the day and were so excited to eat the freshest fish available in Milos! They prepared and cooked the fish right on the boat and included a yummy Greek salad and different sides. We were stuffed full by the end of it!!! They also provided water, pop, beer and wine.
We loved sitting down to eat and getting to talk to Nikos and Frosso about the islands. They brought us to the most stunning coves and caves and taught us about Polyaigos and its history. We learned that island life is very similar to island life where we are from (Beaver Island, Michigan) and connected in a way of knowing to respect and appreciate locals and what they do for the community!
If you’re looking for a fun day spent on the beautiful blue water, soaking up some sunshine with stunning views, eating the most authentic, delicious food all while enjoying the company of two genuine people who love what they do, then this is the trip for you!!! I would highly recommend. We enjoyed it so much and we hope you do too!!

Make Sure You Are Hungry! - If you are after an authentic Greek experience with lots of fun and laughter this is what we had today. Nikos is the salt of the sea and his wife Frossa is the epitome of hospitality. Watching the catch pulled in ready for lunch, swimming in the crystal clear Agean and eating so much delicious food we were well and truly looked after.
Thanks for a real highlight on our Greek trip of a lifetime.

A beautiful day on the water - We had an interesting and enjoyable day with Captain Nikos and his delightful wife.
We watched as the fishing nets were pulled into the boat and the edible items were separated.
The clarity and color of the water around Polyaigos is exceptional and the coastline is beautiful.
They cooked fish for our lunch which we enjoyed.
It is clear that Nikos and his wife love showing visitors the beauty of the islands and this was the highlight of our eleven days in the Greek Islands.

If you’re looking for a polished luxury yacht and a curated/canned tourist experience, this isn’t the trip for you. But if you’re seeking something real—something deeply rooted in Greek tradition, hospitality, and the beauty of the Aegean—this is hands down one of the most memorable things you can do in Milos (or anywhere in Greece).
The excursion takes place on a working fishing boat, captained by a man who has been fishing for over 40 years. He and his warm, funny, and endlessly kind wife go above and beyond to make everyone on board feel like part of their extended family. Their passion for the sea, for Greek culture, and for sharing it all with guests is absolutely infectious.
The day begins with retrieving the nets they set the night before—what you catch is what you eat. This isn’t just a gimmick—it’s a window into a way of life. And the lunch that follows is incredible: an enormous tray of the freshest fish imaginable, prepared right on the boat, paired with homemade sides and snacks that his wife prepares throughout the day. Every bite tastes like love, tradition, and the sea. They also provide water, soda, and alcohol all day!
You’ll also cruise around the stunning, uninhabited island of Poliegos (Polyaigos), where you’ll explore remote coves, rock formations, caves, and crystalline waters that rival anything in Greece (and yes, in our opinion, it’s even more special than Kleftiko). There’s plenty of time to swim, snorkel, or just relax while your meal is prepared.
This is not a canned, cookie-cutter tour. It’s a chance to step into the real Greece—through the eyes, hands, and hearts of people who live it every day. It was the highlight of our entire trip and something we’ll remember forever. The captain and his wife a truly people you only meet once in your life. Can’t recommend enough.

Great trip and hospitality - Due to the time of year and forecast we didn’t sail to Polyaigos and stayed around the bay of Milos area. However, it was still a really enjoyable experience made better by the company, the hospitality on board, the food and the scenery.
Highly recommend!

Thank you for a memorable experience! - We were the first trip of the season this year, and it did not disappoint. While the weather could’ve been better, we still wouldn’t have changed a thing. We were treated like family from the moment we stepped onto the boat. Nikos and Frosso were so welcoming and friendly, and taught us so much about Milos. They let us pick their brains with the tons of questions we had also. The food was traditional and delicious- I promise you won’t leave hungry! Their love for Milos and Greek traditions is evident, and explains why they chose to do their trip different than the rest- it was truly an intimate, unique experience. Thank you for making our trip to Milos one we will never forget!
