RealNZ - Milford Sound Visitor Terminal

Please allow up to 45 mins - 1 hour to park your vehicle and transfer to the Milford Sound Visitor Terminal, where you must check in for your cruise 20 minutes prior to departure. Car parking at Milford Sound is organised by Milford Sound Tourism (MST). Parking fees will be $10 per hour.

Awesome experience that I... - Awesome experience that I highly recommend. I traveled with my Wife and mother in law and we arrived on the boat with a reserved table and the service was fabulous. Nature guide was very informative and the set menu was amazing through out the cruise with time to explore the boat and get up close with everything Milford Sound has to see

What a fantastic... - What a fantastic experience! We loved our boat as it was smaller and so not as many people as the bigger ones. The canapés and champagne was lovely. The parking was terrible, we paid $30 online before we got there and then couldn’t get a park so had to park way back over the other side of the airport. But the track to the departure terminal was a really nice walk.

More Bus than expected, BUT a beautiful Day! - Great experience, BUT, had no idea it was a 5.5 hour scenic bus ride to the boat and then a 2 hour cruise, box lunch was filling, but we were starving and it wasn’t all that great, but we ate it and were happily fulfilled. We stopped at a cafe and had coffee beforehand which helped and lots of bathroom stops. BIG, HUGE, Peter, our guide was the best guide of our entire trip, he was fantastic and made our road trip super educational and fun. Lots of us dozed off while he kept on and wow, just made the whole trip fun and engaging and we learned so much!

Treat yourself, it’s worth it - If you want to experience The Milford Sound in the best way possible with the personal touch. Then the premium experience is the one for you. The food is amazing and don’t even start me on the cocktails. The service is great. You have more room to walk around and see the sights and you get a real intimate experience through out the trip. I’ve been on the other boats previously and you are all fighting for the viewing spots. Trust me. Go premium. It’s definitely worth it.

Awesome experience - One of the greatest experiences. The commentary on animals, fishes and fhe geography was very engaging and since it was a small group. We really enjoyed every view. I strongly recommend this package.

A great option if you don't want to do any overnight trip in Fjordland. - Boat was comfy, crew was awesome, food was yummy, views were off the charts. We liked the smaller -sized boat with less people. Would recommend RealNZ.

south Island tour - This is a really great experience very personal and worth the extra few dollars. the team was engaging and allowed access to the information and explained the sites well Good food well presented ( small portion sizes) but very tasty Leaving after the bulk tours meant better access

Disappointing Booking Experience - cruise didn’t happen! - This experience didn’t happen due to failure by Trip Advisor/Viator. I had to cancel my original booking and when I re-booked online I hadn’t realised the date defaulted to the current date, not the date I required. I cancelled the second booking and rebooked for the correct date. When I checked my current booking the night before my experience, Trip Advisor/Viator had cancelled that too! Won’t be booking with this platform again! I had to scramble to find an alternate option with another booking agent.
