They will learn the fundamentals needed to “decode” a wine through sensory analysis and tasting techniques. Tasting a wine involves conducting a series of sensory evaluations to identify its organoleptic properties.

- Visual inspection;
- Olfactory examination;
- Taste test;
- Retro-olfactory examination.
