Great tour with Emiel again! - My friend and I had a wonderful tour with Emiel!! This is my second time with him as a guide in Milan. He certainly knows his history and facts of Milan and also the nice spots to show us. I liked that he offered us three different tour ideas when we met and let us choose what was to our best interest. Can't ask for more than that!

Segway Milan - Emilio was our tour guide. He was excellent and very knowledgeable on the city and sights of Milan. He was patient and steered us though the streets of Milan and gave us several chances to stop and take pictures. Highly recommended!!

Excellent - Emilio is a local, he knows every street and will explain any questions you have about the landscape. He makes sure his tour group is safe and will not hesitate to make sure you are comfortable. We had toured the major locations so he customized our time and took us to lots of off the beaten path spots.

Great tour! - We had a great tour of Milan! The guide was very nice and informative. We had a choice of selecting canals or skyscrapers for the second half of the tour. We chose skyscrapers, which was a good choice. Nice to see the modern part of the city since we had seen quite a bit of the historical part. Highly recommend!

Perfect for first timers!!! - Killing 2 birds with one stone! Have you ever been Milan? Have you ever been on a segway? You can do both on this trip. Adding that the guide did not rush us at all. At the end, the tour was actually 3 and a half hours! Definitely a must for those first timers!

Perfect! - Having panicked all week about the adverse weather conditions, thinking we would not get to Milan let alone be able to Segway due to the torrential snowfall, we arrived 15 minutes before our booking. The weather was chilly but the snow had not fallen for a while, leaving all roads and routes clear, making us believe we would be able to Segway. We were greeted by Katia, a very friendly lady indeed. Katia was extremely professional and made sure everyrhing was clear with the tour and what was required. As we were departing, the snow began to fall. At this point, Katia was contacted by her boss, who we later come to know as Emilio. The call involved Emilio confirming whether we wanted to go ahead as the weather had deteriorated. We wanted to proceed, declining the offer of a refund should we wish to cancel. Within 15 minutes of the tour the snow became very heavy. At this point, Emilio intercepted us near the Castle and advised the park was not accessible due to dangerous conditions. He subsequently took over from Katia and proceeded to guide us on a different route. As the snowfall increased, Emilio offered the option of stopping the tour and provided an alternative date to return and complete if we wanted to. We declined and advised we were happy to continue. It's not everyday you Segway in a snow blizzard after all! Emilio was the epitomy of professionalism and the tour was brilliant. He, and Katia beforehand, were very insightful and kept the tour interesting at all times. Despite not having any gloves and freezing, Emilio completed the tour with us, even stopping to buy us a coffee half way round and a Grappa at the end! These touches really made this tour exceptional. Bravo to this company for going our of their way to ensure we were provided with what we had paid for, ensuring we had the best time possible. I would highly recommend this company for a comprehensive tour of this wonderful City. Book it now! Emilio and Katia, you were brilliant. Thank you so much.
