While the dough rests take a break to savor a selection of our premium Diadema wines and olive oil before learning another, unique, trick of the trade: making gelato and the cone for it! Hear all about the history of Italian ice-cream, discover the raw ingredients and learn where the best are produced from your entertaining chef. Mix the ingredients and whet your appetite watching the chocolate melt into the cream.

Amazing experience in Milan - We recently did a pizza and gelato class with Fabrizio and Alberto in Milan. We were a group of 6 with 3 kids between the age of 10-12 years old. Everyone absolutely loved their experience! The chefs were amazing with the children and made it such a fun and interactive experience. We would highly recommend this experience and plan to do their pasta class on our next trip! Thanks again!

Amazing experience - Best experience. Amazing. Loved the chef and his handling of the class. Very informative and loads of fun. My son (10 yo) was excited and loved it so much he wants to do something similar again.

A thoughtfully planned and fun experience - The experience was carefully planned. When our dough needed time to be ready (which is an hour), diego taught us how to make gelato and to make the waffle for the gelato.
Overall the experience is planned well, there wasnt a moment where we felt we didnt know what to do next or felt confused.
The only thing is the location of the cooking school is abit tricky as google map will not be entirely accurate . One must first enter the food market, then go upstairs and go to the very end of the corridor. There will be map on the walls on second floor, the place is ‘scuola de cucina’ #26

Amazing experience - Attending the pizza and gelato cooking class was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and engaging. The instructor Deigo was not only skilled chef but also fantastic teacher who shared his passion for Italian cuisine in a way that made everything feel approachable, even for beginners.
The pizza-making portion was a highlight. We learned to prepare authentic dough from scratch, master the perfect balance of toppings, and bake our creations to perfection. The tips on achieving a crispy crust and using fresh ingredients were invaluable.
As for the gelato, it was pure magic! The class revealed the secrets behind flavorful gelato and showed us also how to prepare a waffle. Watching the process and then tasting the results was a treat for all the senses.
What made this class stand out was the sense of community—it felt like cooking with friends. Plus, the setting was beautiful, adding to the charm of the entire experience.
If you’re looking to immerse yourself in Italian cooking, learn new skills, and enjoy a delicious hands-on experience, this class is a must-try. I left with recipes, great memories, and a newfound confidence in the kitchen! Highly recommended!

This made me want to buy a pizza oven!! - Absolutely incredible experience. Fabrizio, a true gentleman, made the cooking class a highlight of our Milan stay.
