Worth it - Very pretty & definitely worth a visit! Spend about 2 hrs there and it was a nice, calm getaway from the many tourists. Would recommend both the Museum & Crypta

Organization and education of personnel can be improved. - Judgment referring exclusively to management and organization, not to works. Organization that could be improved with a little attention, at the entrance there are employees who explain how to access the guide on their smartphone, but after a while they fall out of style when they try to place acoustic headphones for a “symbolic amount” of one euro, obviously all without a receipt. In the room, a control employee was often annoyed by any attitude of each person, often lacking politeness when trying to silence the audience by accentuating a “shhhhh!!” In a very uneducated way and in keeping with the environment. If you enter during the last visiting hours you will not be able to visit the crypt because the staff will put you in a hurry, I recommend visiting it in the morning or early afternoon. If you download the telematic guide make sure your smartphone is up to date with the operating system, otherwise it will not work (bad experience with iOS). For two entrances we are about 20 € abundant per person, but the works on display are wonderful.
