Charming Cities and Great Guide - The tour was great and our guide Laura was outstanding. We ended up with a private tour as the other customers all canceled - props to the tour company for not canceling this on us and thank you! Torino and Genova were charming Italian cities that each had their own appeal and well worth visiting if you’d like to see some off the beaten path highlights.

A frustration. A messy handling and incomplete refund of billed. - A week before the tour I received an email in English that I did not see suspending it. I make it clear that I am Argentine and the company responsible Spanish. I showed up on time and form to the place of the appointment with a transfer fee of 30 euros. Two days before the tour was charged by debiting it on the card (238 U$). One day before the scheduled tour I receive the reminder by mail. These days, a refund of 227 U$ was made.
Handling slop. Fast to collect and unfair to return. Automatic handling that does not take into account the customer
