Good value - Very organized and was good value. You are only with the Painting for 15 minutes but whole tour was 1hour because of extra information and tour of the Church

Great guide, poor planning - Very knowledgeable guide, who’s ability to communicate a full informative experience was hampered by two last-minute add-on people who didn’t speak English, meaning she had to switch languages for portions of the tour. We also had to wait about 15 minutes for the latecomers to arrive, (and promptly start complaining the tour was in English)meaning we could have spent more time in the facility and less time on the street waiting. Very accomplished guide, very poorly run tour overall.

instead take your tickets on the official website - Visit to the Last Supper, incredible, magical Well-priced guided tour, uncaptivating, not worth the sum I paid it is better to take your tickets directly on the official website: it is much cheaper

Our Guide was Not that good - We enjoyed seeing the Last Supper. Our guide was hard to hear and never made eye contact with her customers. Quite disappointing. We didn’t think she was that good either.

Tour in English even though we had purchased it in Italian - I paid (so much) for a tour in Italian but we were included in a group of foreigners, the guide spoke only in English and we understood nothing. BAD SERVICE.

Terrible guide, beautiful art - What a shame! It was really awful and we were so disappointed. The technology didn’t work so we couldn’t hear our guide (no-one could) and yet she still kept speaking into the microphone and didn’t seem to want to try to sort it out. There was another person from the company there at the beginning and she managed temporarily to sort it but when we were left with our guide it was useless and not just for the technology. Unfortunately she didn’t speak great English (I speak Italian so it wasn’t a problem for me but not my daughter) and some things didn’t make sense plus she often didn’t finish her sentences and walked off. We got the impression too that she wasn’t that experienced. We learnt nothing more than we had read previously. I really wish we hadn’t paid for this but sadly it was the only way to see the Last Supper as it was impossible to get tickets even a few months beforehand via the official website. However, The Last Supper was absolutely worth seeing!!
