Milan Tour - Convenient way to see the cultural sites. Air conditioned and water available. Good price-point, as well.

Enjoying the view from a bus! - We had fun riding around the hop on and off bus. We did all 4 lines in 1 day. We hop off a a park and had lunch and then we ended up on the blue line and we enjoyed the sights.

Great overall and will use again - Great service and very friendly. Everyone spoke English and we used the tour for 72 hours. Didn’t stop a lot but explored on foot and even limited walking to train stations for other trips. For folks complaining about the guide informations and timing of the buildings, the driver can’t know when they will hit a red light so have some understanding…

Best Milano Guide Ever - The guide Ciara was excellent, professional, knowledgeable. She genuinely wanted the group to have a good experience. Well done.

Dissappointing to say the least - Been really fortunate that I have been on a few of these over various cities across the world - Cape Town , Dubai , London , Glasgow which have all been really good but Milan was really poor. Pick up point at Doumo there were far too many people trying to get on the 3 bus lines thru there and no communication from the no kerb employee . We were wanting a blue line but this came and went without any notice. If you want to do this in Milan then maybe look at the alternative companies.

Not a goof way to visit sites in Milan. - We bought a pass at a kiosk and were told a bus would come by every 13 minutes. The buses were few and far between. We were let off 3 blocks from the marked LaScala stop and could not find a site to get back on the bus to go to the next site. When we called we were told that some stops were closed and that we had to walk to another companies site to get a bus. We should have been told that in advance. We waited at the other companies stop for over a half hour before a bus from city tours came. Don’t waste your money if you want to “hop on and off” to visit each site.

Choose something else - Our family of two adults and two children (10 and 8 year old) bought a ticket for one Monday in July. Buses are infrequent and commentary is poor - classical music on repeat. We prefer to see the cities we visit over ground rather than take the subways. As children under 12 go free on public transport in Milan I would recommend taking the trams instead. You see the same sights as the bus and gets you to where you need to be. Plus it costs much less and you won't miss the commentary - just Wiki the sights and read that instead! Milan isn't too spread out (except for the San Siro) so the bus isn't even that helpful as a mode of transport between sights. Save your money and use the trams and Metro (subway). Or better yet, just walk.

Milano sightseeing - Unfortunately, not too much information about the city. The many breaks were filled with classical music. We see again and again that the quality of the hop-on hop-off buses decrease.
