Knowledgeable Guides & Well-Organised Tour - Corina and her colleague who led the The Last Supper session were both courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the “Best of Milan” experience, including the visit to the Milan Duomo. The tour was well organised and informative, making it an enjoyable way to see some of Milan’s main highlights.

An experience of a lifetime! - Christina provided an experience of a lifetime. She was very knowledgeable in art history and provided many previously unknown details. She brought us to a beautiful church filled with murals, da Vinci‘s last supper, the Duomo, and behind the scenes peeks. which provided much history and richness to the experience. Milan is a beautiful city, I would say the most beautiful city I have seen.

Milan is a beautiful city and the Duomo was breathtaking. - This walking tour covered almost all the historic sites in Milan. Even thought Milan central area is not big, but still require a lot of walking. I was a bit disappointed because I thought we would visit La Scala. We only passed it. The tour operation company should consider including the opera house as it is also a arraction just like the Duomo and the castle.

Emmanuella ( Manu) was a... - Emmanuella ( Manu) was a fabulous tour guide. She was knowledgeable, interesting and very helpful. She especially solved a major issue when I mistakenly left off a specific name of one of our group and every name needed to be included in order to see The Ladt Supper. Everything we saw was worthwhile and on my list.

Fantastic walking tour - The tour was excellent, our guide Carmine was knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the duration of the tour. The Last Supper is a must see when visiting Milan. Carmine was also helpful in providing general advice about other locations, restaurants, bars etc to visit for the rest of our stay.

Lovely tour through Milan, hitting many highlights - The walking tour was lovely! We got to see the beautiful Last Supper by Leonardo Da Vinci which was incredible. Unfortunately not due to the tour operator fault, but the duomo was closed for an event. They did rectify it though with a partial refund and tickets to climb to the top of the duomo. Sam was an amazing guide. Super sweet and informative, pointing out all the things we could do in various areas. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because it is a bit expensive for what it's worth.

Rude tour guide - We were extremely disappointed with this walking tour of Milan and unfortunately would not recommend it, especially considering the price. The tour was rescheduled from the morning to midday, meaning we were forced to walk around during the hottest part of the day in the middle of a record heatwave. Despite the extreme temperatures, there was very little understanding, care, or sympathy shown by our tour guide, Samantha. Throughout the tour, Samantha came across as rude, impatient, and annoyed with the group. She made us feel uncomfortable asking questions or raising concerns. While she carried an umbrella to shade herself from the sun, the group was left standing directly in the heat for long periods. At one point, a member of our group privately expressed concern that another guest was visibly red and struggling in the heat. Instead of showing any concern or attempting to help, Samantha’s response was: “What do you want me to do about it? I’m not God.” She then proceeded to mock the concern in Italian to a nearby colleague, which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. We also felt rushed throughout the tour. We would have liked more time around the outside of the Duomo, but we were hurried away quickly without much opportunity to appreciate it properly. The communication and attitude around entry requirements were also poor. The Duomo was stricter than other churches we had visited in Italy and required knees to be covered as well as shoulders. When I explained that my shoulders were already covered but I had nothing to cover my knees, Samantha responded sarcastically: “Well you can read can’t you? So you should know that you must cover your shoulders and knees in holy places in Italy!” Before visiting The Last Supper, Samantha informed us we needed ID with our names on it, something we had not been told beforehand, so we understandably did not have our passports with us. Her response was simply: “You’re in Milan, just make it happen.” To make matters worse, we later discovered that the documentation was not actually required to see The Last Supper, making the situation and her attitude even more frustrating and unnecessary. Overall, the experience felt stressful rather than enjoyable. Between the extreme heat, lack of empathy, rushed schedule, and consistently rude attitude from the guide, this tour was absolutely not worth the money. The main reason we would not recommend this tour, however, was Samantha’s attitude and the way she treated guests throughout the experience.
