Thoroughly enjoyable - We were lucky to pick our exercising for a mild weather day in August so we could enjoy the tour in full. Correspondence prior to the day was very thorough and my questions were answered promptly. The guide, Marchella, was extremely knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. Her English was exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Great tour and a must do - Wow. Great tour. Rooftop is awesome. Hot during summer. Not many steps to get up to top. Can’t believe the size inside it was so big. Definitely a must do Plus crown tours is easy to deal with.

Excellent quick tour of the Milan Duomo - This is a short tour of the Duomo that was just what we were looking for. Our excellent tour guide, Samantha, hit the highlights within the cathedral and provided a good set up for the rooftop portion. We did not linger on the various artistic aspects of the cathedral however - so not a tour for hard core art lovers. The rooftop is self-guided (so you don’t really know what you are looking at although the views of the city are amazing) and you can spend as much time there as you want. They are cleaning the spires so there is a lot of scaffolding on one side of the rooftop which spoils the view a bit. Overall a good two hour tour!

Wonderful tour! - Wonderful tour experience! Well worth seeing the duomo with a guide. Very interesting and insightful.

Wonderful and informative - The tour was wonderful and our guide was pleasant and provided great insights into the history and unique aspects of the architecture and building of the Duomo. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour including the rooftop!

A must do tour. - A fantastic experience seeing the 3rd biggest Cathedral in the world. Amazing tour with great information and with a fantastic tour guide. A must do when at the Duomo of Milan.

Good tour, it was alright. - Good tour, i recommend it too, the tour guide was just easy going, and I think what went wrong or maybe had annoyed most of the people on the tour is having us arrive 15-20 minutes before the actual tour. So, it was scheduled at 1145am, so they wanted as to be there by 1120, which almost all people were. And the tour guide was actually a lil bit late.

Do it yourself next time... - Such an impressive building but let down by the guide. We took a group tour and the speed with which we went through the cathedral was really too fast. This was probably one occasion where doing it yourself would have been a better way to take in the history, architecture and grandeur. We went on the roof as well which was interesting but only n terms of seeing the architecture and detail of some of the structure close up.

Just useless. - The guy arrived 20 minutes late, when he did arrive he had his wife and baby with him along with a friend on a bicycle who started handing out the headphones with no announcement. The guide showed up with no visible sign that he was our guide; no company T-shirt, no umbrella, no nothing. The guide was disheveled, looked unshaven, and also looked like he hadn’t had a shower in a couple of days. Three of the other couples waiting for him to show up question whether or not he was actually the guide when he did show up. I was not the only one who thought he looked awful. When he finally did start talking, his English was so poor he was almost impossible to understand. His English improved, However, his use of words like something, thing, stuff, and yeah, made it clear he was not equipped for this tour. The Duomo is a fantastic building, with one-of-a-kind architecture and artwork inside. Our guide seem to know some of these details, but was clearly not a professional tour guide. For example, he focused on one aspect of the front door that he knew a lot about, but made no other comments about the front façade of the cathedral. His comments were so unhelpful. I actually took the earpiece out of my ear and got a guidebook instead. When we exited the cathedral, he told us we could go upstairs and see The Piazza from the top of the cathedral, but that he would not come up with us. This is different than it was suggested in the original booking. His directions on where the bathroom was we’re also so confusing that none of my party found the bathroom until after we came down from the rooftop, which obviously was not ideal! Overall, this was absolutely the worst tour guide I have ever experienced in my many years as a traveler. Would not recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend - Terrible I have already written to customer service for a refund. Terrible guide and too short learned absolutely nothing
