- In case of weather, safety or operational issues the private boat may be replaced by public transport and itineraries may be adjusted without affecting the tour experience.
- Departure times or itinerary changes may occur for safety reasons or other factors beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus.
- Due to the uneven roads in Bellagio and Como, the tour is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Great day tour to Lake Como. - This was a great tour. Como town was cute. The lake and lake cruise was very scenic and beautiful. Lugano is a beautiful town on the beautiful lake. Also very scenic. Our guide Chiara was lovely and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour.

Very informative.... - Very informative. Beautiful. Great way to spend a day. Our guide was very well informed and interesting throughout the day. It is easy to understand why celebrities would want to live in or around this area.

Fabulous Experience - Everything was lovely! This was the second time I did this tour and it will be every bit as memorable as the first! Tour guide was amazing and I would highly recommend this tour!

You have to be punctual... - You have to be punctual and have some energy to walk a bit far at Tremezzo and to walk fast to view as much as possible during the time you have for yourself

Trip not to remember - Guide was young and very inexperienced but nice. You will receive few comments on history. Get on the bus. Go through a few streets in Como and see lake for a minute. Then back to bus to Mennagio while listening to to music 1 hr. Wait for public boat to Bellagio (1 hr wait for us). You get about 1 hr to eat and see the area. Not enough time. Private boat to see view from lake (best part of trip and you hear history). Back to bus …1 hr to Lugano. Free time again with no history and barely any comments. Then back to bus and to your destination. Overall felt like a cattle of herd just moved around 🤣

Very Disappointing Experience - The tour was very disappointing. Our guide did not actually guide us, she simply dropped us off and left us alone for about an hour at each location. Because of the crowds in Como, all the restaurants were full, so we had no time to eat or enjoy the area properly. There was also no real opportunity to explore. Overall, it felt rushed and unorganised, and definitely not worth the money.

Milan tour gone wrong - Don't book this tour if you want to know anything about Milan, Lake Como, Bellagio or Lugano. Alex our tour leader today was pleasant but was absolutely useless when came to info about the area. Hoped on the bus, he welcomed us to the tour & said we are going to Como & should be there in a hr. We arrived late. No fault of driver & the only cruise we had on the lake was the 5 min transfer boat for cars. No explanation given. Told to be back in 80 mins & pointed his finger in the town direction saying the cathedral was that way. Then we went to Lugano. Same sort of info was given about the town. Absolutely nothing. I'm sure you will get more comments about this trip from other PAYING passengers saying the same thing. Alex had interest in doing this job today which is a shame.
We had just left Paris & done a City tour again with Viator & couldn't fault our tour guide Steve so we are extremely disappointed.

Disappointed!! - No detailed programme
Two hours bus ride to start with crazy traffic
Consequence: late on the day: we write to Bellagio we only have an hour to find where to eat and leave ... No visit possible as long as no restaurant is booked for us in advance
The boat ride is very short
Misunderstanding of the guide (speaks quickly in English without articulating)
