Excellent Day Trip in Milan - Excellent day trip! The tour guides were excellent with English and Spanish translations. The lake and mountainous views were breathtaking!!! Highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Milan!

Beautiful Bellagio & Como - We (family of 5 adults) recently took a tour of Bellagio in late May 2026. Simone and Michele were our tour guide and driver. Simone provide plenty of commentary during the tour which was much appreciated. The tour was both in Spanish and English. Highlights for me were the private boat to Bellagio and the free time to explore Bellagio (3 hours). The weather was beautiful. We also enjoyed the time to explore Como.

Lake Como Tour - The guides were excellent, although the commentary in two languages got tiring after a while. There was a decent amount of walking. Bellagio was lovely, Varenna was nice but much too crowded for such a small place. Como was bigger than the others, and by then we were too tired (it was roasting hot that day) for us to look around. Ultimately we would have preferred a tour with more time on the lake and less at the towns.

Great tour! - Great tour, the guides were knowledgeable and took care of us all day long. Happy to visit Cuomo and Bellagio. Only one thing I would like to point out was the guide presentation. One of them was not clean. Smell and his clothes did no look clean and presentable. I was sitting behind him and I had to spray some perfume to make it confortable.

Lake Como - This tour is definitely worth taking. You are taken to such beautiful place that need to be seen. The tour bus is very comfortable and our guide was so helpful. The bus driver was fantastic.

This experience covered a... - This experience covered a lot of territory. I liked that about it, but there were a lot of people in the group. We spent a good bit of time "waiting". Waiting for the bus, waiting fir the boat, waiting for all the people to gather. One thing that take frustrated me was the description of the meeting place to pick up the tour. I didn't think it was clear. Even when I asked several locals, they couldn't tell me where it was. I finally did find it, but more specific info would be helpful.

Too long a day. - It’s a very long day. I would like to omit the last stop in Como. Parking in front of a hotel and walking quite a bit lead us to a confusing issue and we missed the bus. We lost internet while trying to find our way back to the meeting point at B & B Hotel. There are many similarly named hotels.

Left us - I texted and called the provider to let them know we were on our way. No answer to either. Left us after being 5 minutes late. They made no effort to contact us.

Buyer Beware - The first problem was the the English speaking guide's English was quite poor. We were not the only ones who thought that. Finally, at our last stop, in Como, we returned 4 minutes prior to the specified rendezvous time and the specified spot, only to discover that the group had left early, leaving us behind! We were forced to take the train back to Milan. As the "boat rides" were all public ferries, my advice is to do this trip on your own by taking the train up to Como and then using the public ferries to explore tbe towns around the lake. The local tour operator used by Viator on this trip was vert bad.
