An absolute MUST! Book it now! - Long review notice.
This was worth every dollar and even more. We arrived at the meeting point at 7:50am for the 8:30am tour. There was a representative holding a sign with a few company names on it (Veditalia, Morandi, Idea) - you should speak to him/her first. Even if you don’t see him/her and see the buses, each bus has a list of names taped to the door of those assigned to that bus. The guide is standing in front of the bus. It only took 10 minutes to find our guide. The day before I also got a text from the company with helpful reminders, before I found the guide, I sent them a text to ask if he/she was there and they responded immediately. Our guide for the day was Anna. She was phenomenal. Anna expertly provided information in both Spanish and English throughout the day. I cannot stress this enough, the success of this tour depends on its participants following instructions as well. At each stop we had stragglers returning to 10-15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. I believe the time on our own at each location was more than enough to explore, have a bite and get the photos needed, but folks took it upon themselves to inconvenience the entire group by taking their own time. Every location is EXQUISITE and the information provided by Anna brought them to life for us. We were starving when we got on the bus so at the first stop the village of Como we found Avenue Bistrot and had THE BEST French toast and breakfast club sandwich. Bellagio was my favorite!!! If you want the best seats on the boat for Lake Como, it starts with selecting a seat at the front of the bus when you check in. You remain in those seats for the entire tour. When you get off at the second stop of the tour, get to the flags first and stand by the stairs to ensure you’re the first on the boat. The best seats are at the back of the boat and there are few. At Bellagio, we walked around and saw the sites and wound up at Bar Florence. We got a bottle of wine, cold water and they provided complimentary bar snacks. It was a lovely spot to pass the time, enjoy the view and the music was tasteful. Lugano was equally as beautiful. We were able to explore the main square and enjoy views of the lake while eating delicious Swiss chocolate. Ronnie the bus driver deserves a round of applause for the way he expertly maneuvered the large bus we were on through such narrow streets. He also had a limited supply of cold water available for purchase for 1 euro. Overall, this was an EXTRAORDINARY full day of activity and we thoroughly enjoyed it. If I could give 10 stars out of 10 I would. Anna & Ronnie are THE BEST.

Like, Bellagio and Lugano with Anna. - We were yesterday on the excursion to Lake Como, Bellagio and Lugano.
The wonderful sites, give time to see them and there are interesting activities: Lake Como, touring Bellagio, the lake cruise...
Anna a 10: asked if someone needed another language, interacted with people, told curiosities of the site and recommended things to do.

Wonderful tour to Lakes Como and Lugano! - Carefully planned and smooth itinerary, experienced and friendly tour guide Anna and wonderful and unforgettable boat trip in Lake Como! The only minor problem would be the short stay in some towns making it difficult to explore them further!! Overall memorable trip!!!

One Day checks it all - Overall very good tour.
Would have appreciated a tour schedule (itinerary) upfront to plan the day.
Got less time ti explore lugano (approx 1 hour)
But overall good excursion if you are on short of time and want to explore key attractions nearby.
