Definitely one of the convenient ways to explore Bellagio and Como - The tour is highly recommended because of convenience. The bus ride is basically the easiest way to get to Como and Bellagio along with the boat ride. Franco our tour guide is very informative and really knows the ins and outs of this part of Italian history.
Maybe just one note, I have experienced it in other tours before that if other tourists are not paying attention or talking over the guide while explaining things disturbing the other tourists that are listening, the guide calls their attention and respectfully asks them to keep quite while they are talking. At the bus, I was sitting close to these 2 other travelers they were in front of me in the bus, and they kept talking while the guide is also talking. I think the guide did notice it too but of course he is just being nice as well, but reminding people to not talk or talk in low voices while he is explaining things wouldn’t hurt. Also is other travelers see this review, please be respectful of the tour, nothing wrong with chit chatting, but be respectful of other tourists who are actually listening and paying attention to the tour.

Lake Como Bellagio tour - The tour was a great experience and opportunity to see Bellagio and the lake.
Our tour guide and driver were so informative and kind. We had a great day.
It was a private tour for the three of us with beautiful views on the drive to Lake Como and Lugano.
There is plenty of free time in both locations to enjoy the areas.
Would highly recommend this tour!

They went above and beyond! A true seal of quality and service! - This was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond, honestly when they didn't have to; I had made a stupid mistake and got the destination from where the tour bus would depart mixed up when I ordered an Uber. So instead of heading to the stop at Via Marina, we ended up at Milan Centrale. Gutted by this mistake I had made, I had accepted that we needed to change our plans, and take the train up to Como instead.
Once inside Milan Centrale, I get a most unexpected message on WhatsApp. It was from the management, asking me if we were joining the tour. I was so surprised by this, and so happy, because they didn't have to. Because it was me that was at fault. But they did. And that made a world of difference. So the manager (I unfortunately never caught the name of this person; if you read this: a thank you x1000!) I was kept up to date with information and ended up meeting up with the tour bus in Como after we took a train there. The rest of the day was simply a joy to behold, after a stressful start for us. What magnificent scenery!
But I cannot thank the excellent host Josepine and driver Mario enough! True professionals; kind, funny and knowledgeable and made the trip a joyous experience! The drive was smooth and comfortable when we were driven around the lake, taking in the stunning sights all around.
Once again, thank you so much for this great experience!

Full of sights and wonderful guide - Highly recommend this tour! Great value for all you get. Great bus ride to Como with a very nice and informative guide. Next trip up coast and stop in Bellagio for time to walk around and a beautiful oat ride. Nice ride back and great driver. So many sights to see for a great price! Andrea was our guide and he was excellent!!!

Grazie e arrivederci Lina and Mario👏😊 - An exceptional tour! Lina and Mario were wonderful and took excellent care of us. Great communication all around. Lina’s translation was seamless. The 1.5 hour stops in both Como Town and Bellagio were very welcome. Boat ride to Bellagio was great fun too!

Disappointment! - The trip was disappointing! Lake Como is magical and the environment in Bellagio and Como was well worth a visit BUT the overall experience of this tour was not as we hoped.
1. The tour did not follow the booked route. The stop at Villa Olmo was completely removed, the boat ride on Lake Como was 30 minutes instead of 60 minutes, the bus ride home was twice as long as the planned route.
2. The guide Simona was energetic and knowledgeable but we got no information about how the day would be set up and no information about the route changed. In Bellagio she recommended a restaurant, which she also ate at herself, which was a total disaster! Messy environment, an annoyed and casual waiter, the food took a long time to get in and tasted absolutely nothing. The bill ended at 92 Euro for lunch! (Bla Pasta Bolognese.)
Do not recommend you to go there: restaurant Nando.
3. The boat trip was positive with a fresh boat and not too many participants, but shorter than planned. Despite strict orders that everyone must be on time at the assembly points to keep to the schedule, (otherwise you went home on your own) all participants had to wait 15 minutes for a person to “get lost”..
4. The bus driver drove well and the bus was fresh with good AC, BUT the trip was significantly longer than booked which is less fun when you chose the tour because there was not much time in the bus and no stops for toilet visits could be made..
so the grade is pulled down by the above!

Yes, but I wouldn't go back to this agency. - The best place, Lake Como, Como and Bellagio.
The green of the vegetation, the blue of the lake and the mountains, the Pre-Alps.
The bad thing is that the UE restaurant offers you the organization of the trip, which is rather poor and quite expensive.
The worst thing was the "luxury" bus, very uncomfortable, especially for me, I'm 1.90m tall and it didn't fit in my seat. I don't want to know what a normal bus would be like, this one was pretty bad.
It must be said that the guide was correct and I can't say anything bad about it.
If you have thought about taking a trip to Lake Como. I would do it again by car, stopping in Como and taking a boat trip around the lake.
As it is worth visiting. Bellagio is also nice but it's quite small and very crowded. It's quite overwhelming. I don't know what it will be like at another time of year.
In short, I would not recommend this excursion.

Beautiful but disappointing - While the journey was smooth, there were some issues. While on the bus, we were not able to hear what the guide was saying over the microphone because she spoke softly and the bus engine was loud. Como was beautiful, and we had plenty of time to explore. The boat ride would have been better if we’d gotten a seat outside, but there wasn’t enough room. It was miserable (lack of air flow and hot) inside the boat. We had an hour and a half in Bellagio, and we ate at the recommended restaurant. It was a disappointing experience because the promised view of the lake was nonexistent, and the service was slow. We had no time to explore Bellagio. If the issues mentioned are fixed, this tour will be excellent.
