Great, but be careful of the bracelet guys - Very good tour guide, she def knew her art! just watch out for the guys on the street that put a bracelet on you saying that it’s free, then after they tie it on your wrist, 3 guys will come and ask you to pay money, and if you have large bills like I did, they promise to give change, and pretend you didn’t give them anything! I lost 20 euro for a stupid piece of colored string! Please be careful, this was near the water fountain area

Great Tour, Perfect Guide - The tour was great! Our guide (Fabio I believe) was incredibly knowledgeable about the city, the art, and the history. Fabio knew some great places during the tour to get amazing photos and offered to take them for anyone or any group that wanted one. Seeing the Last Supper was incredible, and learning the history behind its creation, near destruction (multiple times), and preservation from Fabio was incredible. It was clear he had a passion not just for art but for the city itself. The tour of the Castello and additional stops were great as well. Fabio even had dinner/lunch recommendations, theater recommendation, and was happy to stay after the tour for a little while to answer any more questions that we had. Great experience and a must do in Milan.

Enjoy the art, architecture, and history of this amazing city - This was a last special treat on a trip full of wonders. Following a river cruise on the Rhine with extended family, my sister and I took a train across the Alps and enjoyed a few extra days in Italy before heading home, On our very last day, in early October 2024, we took this tour. We booked it because it was the only way we could get in to view The Last Supper, but we are so glad we did--the guide was very pleasant and supremely well-informed, and besides "Il Cenacolo" she took us through the Sforza Castle, the Galeria, and other sights in this amazing city. She really made the historic past of Milan's city center come alive for us, no mean feat as much of the time we were dealing with pouring rain (we were glad we'd packed umbrellas). Someone once said, "for every church in Rome there's a bank in Milan." That "shoe" certainly fits, even if it's not made by Manolo Blahnik!

Simply trying to contact the agent - Lastminute.com - Please avoid using this outfit like the plague - they have barriers set up so it is virtually impossible to contact them - virtual assistant hopeless merry go round - customer care is an alien concept - take money your money and run - not a cheap option either, but the most unprofessional and frustrating company to deal with even for minor requests - please use another more professional agent and do yourselves a favour

Terrible customer service. No accomodation for extreme circumstances. - Terrible customer service without any accommodation for medical circumstances. My fiancé and I booked a tour with them in Milan to see the last supper and other historical sights. My fiance became violently ill the morning of the scheduled tour. He required urgent medical attention. We requested a partial refund as soon as we were aware of the situation/ were able to contact the company. We were told we were not even able to be offered a partial refund (we understand that the tickets to the last supper are pre-booked). They were rude inhospitable in their responses. I will advise friends and family to ensure they do not book any tours with them in the future.
