- Lenght of travel by bus from Tirano to Milan : approx 2 hours and 30 minutes
- Timings might change according to logistic needs or traffic conditions
- IMPORTANT: During the winter season, the Bernina Express route may offer partially obscured or less visible panoramic views due to shorter daylight hours. Departing at 4:14 pm from St. Moritz and arriving at 6:39 pm in Tirano, the journey’s timing may limit daylight scenery.

A special day - It was a great experience for me, being in Switzerland and feeling the atmosphere. I recommend this trip for anyone who is interested in exploring and visiting this amazing country.
For the next trips, It’s better to have more time in Tirano to explore the city.

Wonderful tour - This tour was wonderful. From the moment we left Milan until we got back. The places we visited were amazing. Tour guide was also great and very knowledgeable.

Incredible tour! - It is such an amazing tour!!
Our tour guide Monica and the bus driver was always on time, and Monica explained about Italy history as we were passing by the different locations.
The views are incredible! And everything went very smoothly.

Let us go to the bathroom! - Breathtaking views. Bus does not stop for you to take pictures.
Came upon traffic accident on bus ride home, which delayed our arrival home time by ~ 2 hours. Tour guide made us limit stop for bathroom breaks. Some people had to return to bus without taking a bathroom break because the line was long, when we still had over an hour left of bus time. Otherwise, trip was beautiful and train was comfortable.

The Highlight of this Tour was the Swiss Bernina Express Ride - The first problem with this tour was the major confusion for created regarding the meeting point location in Milan. The meeting point should have been MilanoStazione Centrale rather than a seedy neighborhood of Milan-disappointing. The tour bus staff (driver and tour guide) were somewhat unprofessional. They o not wear uniforms to ditinguish them like professional tour guides do. The driverwas dressed in shoddy attire. In comparison, the Bernina Express staff all wore neat distinguished uniforms and were professional.
The tour was fine until there was an overturned trailer on the roadway back to Milan made it impassible. Communication between the passengers, driver, and tour guide was minimal. Another passenger and myself were almost left behind as we sought to use the bathroom after a long wait and no updates as to any progress. They weren't even apologetic for this inadequacy. This kind of behavior and attitude by tour guides and drivers is totally unacceptable and must never happen to anyone again.

Alps Journey - Very long day. Over 6hrs on a bus. Not enough time time to explore St.Moritz or Torino. The train ride was uneventful but the view of the Alps and surrounding scenery was majestic.

Train exp good, bus exp horrible - Excellent train views as expected. The bus transport was horrible. Way too long on a bus, no onboard toilet. Air con that couldn’t keep up and cool people down. Lots of us were suffering.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT - Regarding the service, it leaves a lot to be desired!!!, An operator is good not only when things go well but when there is some unexpected and takes responsibility.
In my case, I didn't find the meeting point, so I called the emergency number that was on the voucher and I got an answering machine.
They never took responsibility, because the phone was not enabled
On an excursion of EUR 147 , at least they would have to contact passengers the day before, as other operators do. And if nothing else, at least take care of you on the emergency phone, which is what it's for. I was in emergency and missed the field trip. If I had been treated I would have reached the place since I was in the area.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AS OPERATOR!!!
