Epic Rooftop Experience In Milan - This has been on our bucket list since our first visit to Milan in 2013 and didn’t disappoint. The Cathedral was black with soot back then but is now mostly restored with the sandstone gleaming with shades of pink and green, and the many statues looking great. The elevator to the roof was very efficient and meant we could start seeing the wonderful views without all the effort of the stairs. You do need to do about 90 steps up to the very top and then walk down, so moderate fitness is required.
We booked directly through the Duomo’s website and just showed our tickets on the phone. We downloaded the app before our visit and remembered to take ear phones. The audio App was excellent! It was divided into small audio or reading sections you could start while in different parts of the Duomo and listen to again if you wanted. It was lovely to use the App while relaxing in the pews of the main nave and enjoying the stain glass windows.
I enjoyed this more than a guided tour as we could go at our own pace and not have to be stuck in a group.

Simply breathtaking - The Duomo di Milano is simply breathtaking! From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and easy to follow. We loved how quickly we could enter without long waiting times, which gave us more time to explore and enjoy. Walking through the cathedral and taking in its beauty was an unforgettable experience. On top of that Sabrina swas excellent , when we needed assistance, the team responded with kindness and efficiency. This combination of smooth organization, quick entry, and thoughtful support made our visit truly special.

the rooftop and cathedral were absolutely stunning - I booked my tickets just one night before my visit, and I received them very quickly. The team was also very responsive to all my questions. Everything went smoothly, and the rooftop and cathedral were absolutely stunning

Experience top - but with other provider - The visit to the cathedral and the terrace itself was great and unique. However, next time we would choose a different organizer than "The Bridge to Rome ". The QR code sent by Viator does not entitle us to admission and we had not received the actual ticket, which we were supposed to receive from "The Bridge to Rome", even 60min before the booked date. When we then tried to reach the organizer by phone (which the cathedral staff kindly recommended to us) nobody answered the phone. Shortly afterwards we got the tickets emailed. We chose a combined ticket cathedral and terrace with audio guide because we wanted to be flexible. We mistakenly assumed that we could go to the terraces at 10 am and then visit the cathedral. We were all the more astonished when we got the schedule with the tickets (10am sightseeing cathedral, 11.30am admission museum and 13.00 access terrace). It would be desirable if the schedule were not communicated first with the very tight dispatch of tickets.

The audio guide is very... - The audio guide is very basic and not useful. I had booked what I thought was a similar offer for St Mark's in Venice and there was no comparison.

So disappointed. - We never received our tickets for official entry into the Duomo rooftop. Our tickets were supposed to have included the rooftop and the inside of the duomo, but because it took so long to call (using expensive international service) in order to get our tickets sent, we missed our opportunity to see the inside as it was closed. Very disappointed.

Bad experience with your later ticket and rejected by Duomo. - I booked ticket with you, and the time was at 10am. Your partner sent me the ticket at 9:15am to my message account so I did not notice it. I used previous received document and did not accept by Duomo so I bought the ticket again in the ticket office. It's really a bad experience with your partner "The Bridge to Rome".

False advertisement - The title states that thse tickets are for both cathedral entrance and rooftop. But I received tickets only for rooftop.
Also they told me they will send me emails via mail, but I had to contact them personally to receive tickets, that were less than half of what I paid for.
