Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and indulgence in Milan this autumn weekend. With mild weather and no rain, explore the city’s serene canals on a SUP tour and savor exquisite Italian cuisine in the charming Brera district.
Morning Serenity on the Navigli
As the sun rises over Milan, casting a golden hue across the city, there’s no better way to start your day than with a tranquil Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) tour on the Navigli. Available from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on both November 2nd and 3rd, this unique experience offers a serene escape from the bustling city life. Glide along the calm waters of the Naviglio Grande, guided by a certified instructor who will lead you on a sensory journey that awakens your body and calms your mind.
The SUP tour begins at the Darsena, a historic dock that serves as the gateway to Milan’s canal system. As you paddle through the picturesque waterways, you’ll discover a different side of Milan, one that is often overlooked by tourists. The experience is not just about paddling; it’s about connecting with the environment and finding peace in the heart of the city.
“Almost magical experience - In the September lights in Milan, with the colors of the sun of an autumn that never began, we took a beautiful paddle in the sun. Meditation in the Darsena center is a moment that you cannot understand until you experience it, suspended over the water in a city center context but isolated from everyone, on a body of water full of history, colors and life. It is an experience that can be done alone or with friends; beautiful energy connections are created and it seems that the city disappears for a while, leaving space to breathe.” - Reviewed at 2024-01-25
Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or a complete novice, the SUP tour is designed to be accessible to everyone. The boards are stable, the water is clean, and the experience is unforgettable. SUP Tour

From traditional Italian sweets to exquisite wine tastings, each stop on the tour offers a new and delightful experience.
“Wonderful evening in the Milan Brera District - We met our guide Georgia a few blocks from the Metro Stop outside of a bakery. We ended up with a great tour group of about 7 people total and it was a very entertaining evening in the Brera district. Do not miss out on the Brera district while you are in Milan. Georgia did a great job of explaining our food stops and provided a lot of history of the Brera district along the way. The food and wine were excellent – some highlights included the beignets, lasagna, risotto alla Milanese and wine at a fabulous enoteca. Our favorite was the Sicilian gelato at the last stop on the tour. The pistachio flavor was amazing! Such a great time making new friends over food and wine!” - Reviewed at 2019-11-23
