3 in 1 excursion - Great excursion from Sultana tours. First of all kudos to our guide Joel, he was fun and very informative and took care of everyone in the trip. The Montana Redonda was the first place we visited. Eventhough the ride was bumpy due to the terrain, the view we had at the mountain top was worth it. The swings and watch tower gave us some cool pictures. Our second stop was the Yanigua waterfall inside a coco and cofee plantation. The waterfalls was very refreshing and we get to taste some organic cofee and chocolate. The lunch we had here cooked in wood fire and was the best food i tasted in Dominican Republic. The third place was Los Haitises national park which we visited on a boat ride through the mangrove forest. The boat ride was a great experience and we visited and explored some old caves and cave paintings. Overall a great day trip, only thing i wish they looked at is improving the air condition in the bus, at some times it was really hot in there. But it was worth it.

Long Day, but Great Experience! - What a day! It is truly an experience that is unlike most others available. If you want to experice the Dominican Republic from the inside out and get an authentic experience with the genuine people of the Dominican, this is the excursion to take. Heads up - it is all day 10-12 hours including transportation (we stayed in Punta Cana Secrets Royal). But it is a perfectly balanced day with action and adventure. Real Dominican lunch, gorgeous waterfall, fantastic boat ride with costal views and cave exploration, and to end the day with an off road ride up Montana Redonda with the most perfect views! Joel (Jo-El) was a fantastic guide who kept the commute entertaining, fun and a lighthearted experience, filled with knowledge about the DR and some amazing history facts. 10/10 would recommend.

Not worth the money - The tour guide was wonderful however the photographer was fat shaming my spouse and he only took pictures of those who were thin and very pretty. My husband was so upset that it took away from the enjoyment of the rest of the day. We were not the only ones to notice nor comment on it either. Also the snacks and drinks provided were saltines and warm water and warm juice boxes. It could have at least been cold. The trip was mostly spent in an uncomfortable bus that was extremely bumpy, and the actual stops were rushed.
