"**Night Tour** - An unforgettable experience 🌟 - Thank you, Armando, for guiding us on the Night Tour. It was a spectacular and beautiful experience, just like you said. My family and I, who live in Honduras, were amazed at every detail of the night tour. The organization was impeccable, and the night views were simply magical. We take memories that we will always treasure. We are very grateful for this Recommendation!

Tour - Very informative had a great time. The directions in your description are horrible. More information needs to be given. But the tour itself and the tour guide were amazing.

Great Boat Tour…Not So Great Bus Tour - The boat tour was fun and exciting. The commentator who provided information about the million dollar homes, Miami, etc did a wonderful job. The bus tour was not as exciting due to the fact that the information provided was done through a recording in which you had to insert earbuds. It was not as personal and I didn’t know which landmarks were being discussed as we rode along. The bus driver gave me the impression that he did want to be bothered when asking questions(ex. location of the earbuds. )There were no directions given about what to do as you boarded and what would take place afterwards. This was disappointing because I would have loved to learn about the different neighborhoods in Miami.

NICE DAY TRIP FOR SOMETHING TO DO IN MIAMI - Not the WORST, or the BEST! WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THE TOUR: the friendly employees on the Island Queen boat ride A/C was kicking on Island Queen boat ride! the open-air bus ride with recorded tour & the super nice bus drivers DIDNT LIKE / NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: Litter/ trash floating in the harbor as you embark/ disembark on the tour Not getting closer to the homes on Star Island, I could barely see then, and the tour narration had big gaps that could have been filled with other interesting facts Not very fancy, no flowers on tables, no one asked if you'd like a drink. They could have. The assistants on the boat just stood around The picture package was too expensive The recording on the bus asked for a tip over and over...he wasn't even doing anything, the recording have the tour!!

Never again - The cruise employees were unfriendly and wanted to charge us for the photo advertised on Viator’s site. When I said it was advertised as a few photo, they stated that they are not affiliated with Viator. The person checking us in for the cruise was actually rude. The bus tour I believe was advertised either as 60 or 90 minutes but lasted 130 minutes. I’m not sure where the miscommunication is coming in at but it should be corrected before you continue with advertising.

I'd wait until it was cooler. - We were on the top part of the bus which was open to the outside weather and let me tell you it was hot! But, the bus I do believe was having issues of its own. It seemed to struggle going up inclines, the bottom of the bus where the passengers were sitting was just as hot as the outside. The poor driver was sweating his “ssa” off. We rode around in circles due to bad traffic I believe that was the only thing that saved us from catching a flame. We saw some pretty cool areas. The bus did ride smoothly though.

Disastrous - A disastrous experience and for once it comes they taste bad a day with bad explanations, it has taken us through places without any interest the subject of graffiti without more, little Havana, waiting for a group of 40 people who were all together and on top of that has gone with them to take them to the Hotel and has not been left in a secluded place only for pizzas and we continue waiting for them to come and pick us up is a great disorganization. Four very bad hours used and we still have not reached the boat since 11:00 in the morning tomorrow.

Bad service - I was told that the pickup would be at Soundscape Park at the public bus stop, and I didn't see the bus. So I went across the street thinking that I was in the wrong location, and then I see the bus show up. I tried waving at the bus, and the driver saw me, and then left. I tried getting a refund through viator, and it was declined. This pretty much ruined my day. The good news is that a different tour company was across the street, and they took care of me, and I got on another tour from a different company. I won't ever use Big Bus Tours again. They give you a desolate bus stop with no real indication if you're at the correct spot, and no professional sales office near by to ask any questions to verify your pickup spot, and if you make a mistake, you will lose your money.

Very unpleasant experience. - Air Conditioning was not working on lower level of bus as was described. Traffic was at a standstill so no breeze on top of bus. I got physically ill due to the heat and we had to leave the tour after only moving a few blocks. Had to get an $$$ Uber to get back to our car. The speaker system was awful and could not be heard or understood. The guide was nice and admitted to us that we were on an old bus and the AC was not working.
