Excellent option to see the city at night and have a good time - An excellent experience to experience the city from a different perspective, as the route is different from the day tour. The staff was friendly, but Julio deserves a shout-out, as he gives the experience a cheerful and vibrant atmosphere. It's so exciting that you don't feel the time or the traffic. It is an experience that must be lived.

That Miami skyline! - The one hour and forty-five minute nighttime tour was worth every penny once I saw the Miami skyline at night. It was a spectacular view and made the entire tour. I would definitely do this again. Our tour guide Martha was bubbly and nice. Two thumbs up all the way around.

ASK FOR MARTICA La CUBAN QUEEN - Tour guide was Martica la Cuban queen who was absolutely fabulous! Gave us extensive history of Miami going back to 1920’s to present day, took us to all the major sights and played great music that reflected the diversity of the cultures in Miami. Highly recommend tour with her. She is born and raised in Miami. Big Bus Tours is double decker open air seating at top that makes seeing and hearing the vibe particularly in the restaurant/dance clubs areas fun. PatO

Miami is a great place to visit ! - The night bus tour of Miami was amazing. The night skyline is so beautiful. Our guide Martica kept things exciting and interesting with her wealth of knowledge. The music was outstanding. I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see what makes Miami such a beautiful city.

Choose Night Tour 🤗 - Martica was absolutely AMAZING during the tour. Very knowledgeable, fun and entertaining during the whole tour. The choice of music was also spot on. She is a Miami native and definitely who you want as your tour guide!

Touris trap - They hand you a pamphlet where they say they will take you to 7 important points in the city and end up taking you alone to South beach, then tell you that the pamphlet is not and that route has no pamphlet. I think it's a tourist trap, although the experience is chevere they don't fulfill what they promise and then they play crazy I guess not to be sued. Julio the guide although has good energy is the one who is in charge after dizziness so that you do not claim.

Very Inflexible - Ruined my Last Night in Miami - The only thing I saw of the tour was the bus leaving without me. I did arrive right at 8 pm (and I know people were boarding for 15 minutes before), but I watched the bus pull away at 8 on the dot. I actually talked to the bus driver through the window at the red light leaving the parking lot for about a minute at 8:01, but she was adamant that she would not let me on even though I explained that I had my voucher right there and ready. Instead of opening the door and letting me on, she conversed with me for an entire minute and would not budge. I definitely wouldn’t want to have held the tour up at all, but I wouldn’t have; literally the bus was just sitting there with enough time for me to talk to the drive; I probably had a minute and a half to get on while the bus was stopped. I was very much looking forward to seeing the city before I leave tomorrow morning, and this definitely soured my night. I wasn’t treated as I would treat someone else in my situation. I don’t recommend this tour.
