Great city tour! - If you're in Miami for a short time, like a day, this is the best option! You get an idea of what Miami is all about. The van was air conditioned. Small group. The tour guide (Jessica) was fun and gave us lots of info about Miami. There was a walking tour. Sit and taste tour. Then the cruise in the harbor, for the grand finale.

Excellent Do It!! - Great value for the price!! What a nice overview of Miami. The van was clean and cold, the tour guide was amazing. Overall great day with them!! Be careful the small bottle of water on the boat ride costs $11 and they don’t show prices until you pay. Just a warning.

Great tour! - A bit of a hot day followed by a spot of rain for this tour. Tour guide Emmanual drove us around Wynwood, telling about its history. Then off to Little Havana to explore cigars, coffee, and mojitos in a local bar. Followed by a drive to where the tour ended in Biscayne Bay Marketplace where you go could go on the 90 minute boat tour or further explore shopping/dining.

Buen tour - I did the tour well. Just a little hurried. And I didn't like how I handle the guide. He treated us well. But his handling was very rough.

Nice Miami experience - Despite the little glitch with pick up time with the tour company (pick up time was 1pm but due to traffic and other issues, we were picked up at 2:30pm), we had a very nice experience. The driver/tour guide Yohan has gone above and beyond to make our tour very enjoyable. He is knowledgeable and friendly, the most important thing he never rushed us so we can enjoy each stop at our pace at Wynwood. He always waits for everyone to finish their food, shopping or taking photos in Little Havana. Our driver is funny and courteous. At the end of the trip, he escorted us off the cruise to see the Millionaire’s homes. Because he was not pushy we completely forgot to tip him, hence we want to write him a good review. The only improvement with tour company is on coordinating pick up. It would be nicer it was a text the date before so I didn’t have to scramble to call in the morning of the trip as confirmation is required via calling with pickup instructions. Otherwise I would highly recommend this tour!

Ok but wouldn’t go again with these people - Trip was ok but I didn’t expect to be taken to a bar and then told I had to pay for the drink …it seems the tour guide I had (manuel) was taking me too his mates shops trying to sell me things I didn’t want…and then almost begging for a tip!!!

Would not recommend - could have been better! - I recently went on the tour of the city and boat ride tour which was a disappointing experience. They claim to have bilingual tours which felt like a gross overstatement considering the tour guide spent most of the time pointing things out and trying to do the tour in English and would either forget to translate to Spanish or only translated half of what was said in English to Spanish. Furthermore, the tour guide appeared to struggle with accurately pointing out key locations or structures of note during the tour and kept referencing the incorrect directions (ex: stating to look to the right when the location was actually on the left). Our time spent in Little Havana was better but could be improved upon if we were given ample time to walk around, visit key establishments of our own choosing, and have the time to sit and eat lunch (mind you it was lunchtime or later at this point). We were unable to eat lunch due to time constraints in trying to transport those on the tour from Little Havana to bayside for the boat tour. Our tour guide assured us we would be able to eat lunch on the boat. However, we were unable to eat prior to the boat tour (which was also a joke) or on the boat because there was no food service on the boat besides ridiculously overpriced snacks that could be purchased in a vending machine for a quarter of the cost for what they were selling them for on the boat ride. Some ideas for improvement would be to make the tour shorter because the majority of the time is spent in transport and allow people to spend a little more time in Little Havana to see the cafes, Domino Park, cigar shops, and live music without feeling rushed.
