Great service and good fun. - Rental guy was very chill and had us on the water very quick. Returns were also very easy and overall was a very fun and fluid experience.

PADL is the way to go! - Using the app was a breeze, and as soon as we arrived, our boards were ready and waiting for us. The entire process was smooth and automated, no staff needed. My friends and I were impressed by the quality of the boards, perfect for all skill levels. From coasting along the shoreline to attempting yoga poses, we had an absolute blast. For an unforgettable day out on the water with friends, PADL is the way to go! PADL delivers an amazing paddle boarding adventure that's not just easy, but also incredibly fun and convenient.

Amazing sunset on the paddle board and kayak! - "Absolutely magical sunset paddle boarding experience! My wife and I rented paddle boards from this company, and it was truly unforgettable. Not only did we get to witness a stunning sunset, but we also had the incredible opportunity to encounter manatees and dolphins up close. PADL- Fun on paddle boards for the whole family! - PADL is so much fun and so easy to use and reasonably priced! We live in Key Biscayne and went to Virginia Key Beach to rent PADL boards for our family of 4. The kids had a blast and so did my husband and I. I will definitely rent PADL more often. Great for locals and tourists!

Terrible Services. Beware. - This was probably the worst paddle boarding experience I have ever had. The staff are rude and glued to their phones. No one is available to help. The most helpful people were the park staff. From the gatehouse to the lifeguards. The concession staff were terrible. We are two women in our 60s, we could not lift the paddle boards alone from their self serve kiosk. The staff did not understand and brushed us off. They insisted we used our phones to rent the boards. We had driven over an hour here and so we had to team up to get the boards from the kiosks ourselves. No one told us not to leave the small lake, we were blown all over the place to the point the lifeguards helped us come back by land with the boards. The staff then proceeded to ask us why we would even paddle board if we weren't capable. Excuse me??????? NEVER AGAIN.
