Exceptional Service - This was my second time using Viator, and hands down this company is the absolute best! The driver was very responsive! We disembarked the ship early and even though driver had a full load, he got us from the port and to the airport in no time!! He was so nice and polite! Thank you for 100% customer satisfaction!!!

No transport to the airport - Airport transfer did not turn up and did not notify us he was stuck in heavy traffic and it would be a long time. Our accommodation lady contacted the office who let us know the situation. We would have missed our flight except for our b and b lady used her UBER account and we paid her in cash. No excuse for lack of communication especially an airport transfer. We were re imbursed the full amount but it could have been very expensive if we had waited for the transfer, I think extra compensation should have been made in addition

Absolutely awful transportation! - My Travels &Tours transportation picking us up from our cruise in Miami was terrible. Very bad communication and driver said he was looking for us but didn’t have a sign with our name on it as he walked through the crowd. We actually saw him a couple of time during our approx 30-45 minute wait. He said he kept calling my name but never when we saw him. Communication with the dispatcher was also not clear. When we finally got in the van it turned out not to have air conditioning! Also had to change booking almost a week before actually needing the transport and I was only refunded 1/2 the amount that should have been refunded. Truly was a horrible ending to a beautiful vacation.

Driver did not show up. - I was there at the appointed time of 8:30am but the driver from "My Tours" did not show. He then texted saying he was made to move by the police and it would take a half hour to get back into port. That was too late for us, so we took a taxi.
