Miami South Beach Cruise Millionaire Homes & Hard Rock Cafe Meal - It was a beautiful day to cruise the Miami Bayfront. The tour guide was very informative. The only issue was the Viator app let me purchase a 10:30 am tour when in fact there wasn’t one and we were moved to a different area where the water taxis departed. A bit confusing. Also, be careful when selecting the type of tour you purchase. The tour advertised as including a meal but you have to make sure you select that option. Overall we had a nice time.

Nice way to see some impressive properties - A reasonable tour around the South beach area with a full hard rock meal included. My party positioned to the front of the boat outside, it was too hot to remain inside the boat. We didn't realise that the your commentary was only being provided at the mid deck outside, which was very busy. Luckily an awesome crew member have us some highlights when we went to the back of the boat. Full bar service and snacks was available. Hard rock was awesome. I think the package was reasonable value. It seemed to me that the boat tour was the weaker part.

Ehhh - To start with, I bought the boat cruise along with the Hardrock meal. I couldn’t figure out if we were suppose to eat first or after. I called the number listed and the man kind of had an attitude with me when I asked. He said “what does your ticket said?” I told him it didn’t say what time we were supposed to eat but the ticket said the event started at 6pm. So he says to eat before and be there at the boat before 6pm. Great, so me and my 3 daughters get there at 5:10 pm. We waited right at pier 1, to the right of the Ferris wheel, exactly where the ticket says to. It’s 5:45 and we notice no one else is there so I look over to the left, straight in front of the Hard Rock Cafe, and there’s a line of people. I walk over and ask the guy under the umbrella and he says yes that is the line, checks us in and then proceeds to tell me the boat isn’t coming until 7. He doesn’t say why, just hands us wristbands and tells us to wait further down away from where we were originally told to meet. If the boat was suppose to be at 7, then maybe you should say that instead of saying 6pm. We waited in the sun for almost 2 hours! The boat ride was ok. The speaker was good, but the boat ride was literally only 1 hour, not 90 mins We left 7:09 and returned at 8:10. I wouldn’t go on this excursion again.

Fun and beautiful views - The tour was very interesting and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Beautiful views of Miami and billionaires homes. The ticketing process was very confusing. We registered and paid on line but when we arrived we had no information that told us we had to find the ticket booth and checked in there to get another ticket. When we went to Hard Rock Cafe the food was delicious but again very confusing how to use the voucher. The host didn’t know what it was. They got a couple of others to help, I had to send the voucher via email to their manager before we could order. I was with my grandson and I would have given a higher review if using our tickets had not had so many issues. Also they state the tour starts at 11:00 but we didn’t start boarding until 11:30 so allow for the additional wait time.

Not worth it! - This was not a kid friendly experience and you couldn’t understand what was going on because you couldn’t hear the announcer most of the time. Drinks are EXTREMELY overpriced and from what was advertised was not what was offered. Would not recommend.

Don't do it! - I spent almost 400 for something that was supposed to be semi private 4-12 people. However when I got there, there was no yacht. It was some raggedy looking boat, and there was almost 100 people. It was nothing but false advertising done all the way around. I will never use this site again and I wouldn't recommend this site to my worse enemy! Yall a bunch of scam artists

Bayside marketplace in south beach Fl. - That app is a real scam. For a simple boat tour that can cost me not even $200, cost me 700 and up. If you make a mistake by submitting the wrong date and you call right away, that’s another $16 per person. If not, you’ll lost your money. Imagine with 6 people? 1 minute late you paid another $15 again. And the customer service names Kim is so rude and hang up the phone on your face because they’re already have your money. Is to take it or you will lose all the money you just spent. Please if someone needs to book a tour, just go straight to site and do it. That’s was my big regret.

Ripped by tour operator, treated poor by Viator - We purchased 9 tickets weeks in advance. When we arrived the customer service desk was completely chaotic. They have 125 seats available on the boat and oversold the boat by 4 seats. They offered to let some of our party on the boat, but offered to let the rest of our group go at a later time. That didn’t work for our plans, so we didn’t get to go. To date, our request for a refund has not been resolved. Frankly, the customer service response has been just as bad as the experience.
