- You must arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check in.
- If you are late and arrive after the time of the tour departure time, it will be considered “no-show” with no-refunds.
- Passengers can bring small handbags. Heavy or large bags cannot be taken into the airplane.
- It is required a minimum of 2 people per flight booking.
- This experience requires good weather. If the pilot decides to cancel it due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- All passengers must bring a valid photo ID. It could be a Driver’s License or Passport.
- Passenger Weight: Combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 500 pounds (230 kg). Maximum weight per passenger is 250 pounds (113 kg). Exceeding these limits will result in one passenger being excluded, with no refunds.
- This is a private plane tour. Only your group will participate.
- It’s not allowed to bring food or beverages.
- Not allowed : Smoking, drugs, intoxication of vaping.
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers with more than 34 weeks pregnancy.

Amazing - The pilot was very nice and patient, he explained how to use the life jacket and also let us take photos before and after the flight. He answered all The questions we had with no hesitation. The ride was smooth and so was the landing, we had a great time we will definitely be back.

We loved it - This is well worth it. They are up front about the prices in the description and the staff there will ensure that all your needs are taken care of. I love the champagne and the pricing for that is also reasonable. Out pilot was a lady who talked to us and let us know about the areas. I’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks for making our experience the best.

The best experience in miami - I had the best pilot ever! He was explaining everything, very friendly…. Staff was amazing…. Plane was so good and amazinf experience!

Bummed - Was a little bummed. Half the time I fought with. R headphones and mic because they kept cutting out which meant I didn’t hear the captain at all. Thought we were going to go down the coast line but as soon as we reached the tip of the shoreline we turned around and went back.

Complete waist of time and no respect for costumers time! - We got there 40 min before time and after 30 min they acknowledged we were there and welcomed us. Then he told us to wait another 30 min because of the weather (fair) and after 50 min no update or anything, we began to ask someone for help. They found the guy and he said we couldn’t fly today, because of the weather. Then we would schedule another day to fly on, he has us waiting for another 35 min. After the 35 went by, we asked again for him. The worker found him, he apparently went working on a seat in an airplane, while we were waiting for him, to give us another day.
in conclusion we got a full refund, because they didn’t have a time for us the day after. So we spent almost 3 hours for nothing and wasted our holiday. No respect for tourist and their time in miami.
