The bus starts its route in Miami, and once you reach Key West, you can opt for a relaxed day absorbing the island’s tranquil vibe, charming stores, and open-air coffee shops. Alternatively, if you’re seeking more thrill, there are enhanced options available. You can explore the crystal-clear waters through a glass-bottom boat tour, snorkeling trip, or an adventurous parasailing journey, or discover the sights on land through the Hop-on Hop-off Trolley Tour or on the iconic Conch Train.
- Travel from Miami to Key West is by bus
- Snokeling, Parasailing and Glass Bottom Boat is subject to favorable weather conditions and may be canceled in the event of inclement weather
- Infants between the ages of 0 - 2 are Free but must sit on parents lap
- A government issued photo ID must be present at the time of checking in for Parasailing. We do not accept photos of ID’s. If there is a minor the actual parent must sign the waiver for the minor. No other adult can sign for the minor. Children must be at least 6 years old

Key West is awesome! - This was highlight of our trip to Miami! Loved Key West! We did a bus tour, it was great and visited Heminguay house. The drive was very long, but we are glad that we did it.

Great way to visit key west - Great experience all around.
The pick up and drop off was easy and the host (Tamara) was excellent. Comfortable bus and easy activities selection. Highly recommend if you don’t feel like driving the 3+ hrs to key west.

Key west!! - The host was fantastic. Great trip. Bus was alittle crapped but it's a bus trip. They had options for tours but for spontaneous people like us we found just enough to do.

Yes and No to this experience-please read the details - Key West is a great place to visit and this trip is a cheap and effective way to get there from Miami and back. I generally like to give five star reviews but the bus ride was... let me put it mildly, not very pleasant. Pick up was delayed by 45 minutes so I was worried that I had missed the bus when I was in fact early to the pick up location, although the office responded immediately to my messages (one star gained back). But on the way, they announced that the employee responsible for filling gas in the bus had not done his/her job, so the driver walked to a nearby gas station for a basic refill, then drove this huge bus into a small gas station to fill up (quite amusing to see the chaos caused in the station). On the way back, the bus broke down twice (yes!), the driver did a temporary fix the first time. but on the second time we were stranded on the side of the highway for two hours in the hot Florida night until a replacement bus arrived. I reached my hotel at 1 am. I feel sorry for the tour guide and the driver who are just employees of this company and suffered too (another star given back). This company perhaps depends on people not writing accurate reviews.

Good trip.... - It is a long day from pick up to drop off.The bus is very comfortable. Not a big fan stopping at McDonald's for lunch stop.Key West is a tourist trap...and very crazy when ships are in port.

Fly, dont take the bus.... - Fly, dont take the bus. We spent 11 hours on the road and 7 hours in KW. Snorkeling was fun. The city vibe amazing.

Just don’t bother. Try another company. - Well, it gets you to Key West and back. Sort of. That’s about all there is that is positive about this company.
Communication that they changed our pickup location from our hotel that we gave them during booking to a nearby hotel was poor and the bus left without us though we had been waiting in front of our hotel for 20 minutes. After a $40 cab ride to catch up with the bus at a later stop, we were off to Key West.
The enclosed double-decker bus should have afforded great views except that the windows in our section were unsealed and had moisture between the panes of glass, so we saw nothing.
Once we took off, the “guide” spent two hours of the three hour trip trying to upsell everyone on the bus into buying additional tours instead of providing any more than a couple cursory remarks on landmarks or history of what we were passing.
After our 6-hours of exploring Key West came the interminable return trip where the guide forgot to stop at our stop, so we were left to hike across Miami Beach back to our hotel.
All in all, there are other tour companies that can get you to Key West. Maybe try one of them—they couldn’t be worse.

Everything about this was terrible! AWFUL!! - The Key West Express was anything but express!!
My hotel pick-up was at 6:30am! I got back to the hotel after 11:15pm.
The pick up began with a call from Fundora… she wanted to know if I was coming today. I said “ of course!”
She said “ well you’re not here.” I said “ ummm no you’re not here.”
Apparently the pick up was across the street and down the street.
They didn’t tell me it was across the street because they want to help people cross. Ummm I am a fully capable adult and appreciate clear instructions upfront.
But what I appreciate even more is a fully functioning tour vehicle when I’m on a tour!
The tour bus stalled constantly. It was horrible! It needed repair while we were at McDonald’s for breakfast.
I saw in the reviews the bus broke down in the past, and I was like “ it will absolutely be fixed when I go away!”
NOPE!!
Reconsider your plans based on this!!
We got to Key West after 1pm!! Multiple tours go rescheduled and time got pushed back to accommodate this!
Terrible!
I had big plans for Sunday and everything was screwed up because of the scheduling with this!!
