• A Boating License is required for anyone born after January 1, 1988 (according to Florida state law). $10 you can get one at check in time
• Parents accompanying minors (driver or passenger) under 18 years of age must show proof of identity and sign the waiver at check-in.
• Minors (driver or passenger) under 16 must be accompanied by an adult on the jet ski.
• 0-3 Years Old : Cannot ride a Jet Ski
• 4-13 Years Old : Cannot drive a Jet Ski. Can Be a passenger on a Jet Ski if accompanied by an adult.
• 14-15 Years Old : Can drive or be a passenger on a jet ski if accompanied by an adult.
• 16-17 Years Old : Can drive their own Jet Ski and be a passenger.
• 18+ Years Old : Can drive or be a passenger on a Jet Ski.
• Each Jet Ski has a weight capacity limit of 300lb (~136 kg)
