Great rental. I called ahead and arranged a weekend rental - the folks answering the phone were kind and accommodating - making the process very easy. The bike was ready as advertised - and in tip-top condition. I texted the shop to arrange turn-in and, again, they made it very easy for me.
I'll rent from Brickell Bikes again when I'm in Miami.

I can’t say enough about my experience with Brickell Bikes. Rob’s service was absolutely incredible — he went above and beyond to make sure my bike hire experience was perfect from start to finish. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best ride possible. It’s rare to find service this good anywhere, and it honestly made the whole experience unforgettable. If you’re in Miami and need a bike, Brickell Bikes is the place to go.
