• Miami - Begin your journey with a hotel pickup, followed by a few additional stops, before embarking on a picturesque one-hour drive west to the Everglades. Throughout the trip, a certified driver-guide will offer live commentary in your preferred language, sharing fascinating stories about Miami, its history, and the unique ecosystem you are about to explore. Enjoy a comfortable ride in a licensed Mercedes Sprinter or Suburban, complete with Wi-Fi and bottled water, setting the perfect tone for your Everglades adventure.

• Everglades - Upon reaching the Indian reservation, you’ll be warmly welcomed to a Miccosukee family-operated airboat base, away from the bustling tourist parks. Here, the highlight of your adventure begins: typically, your group will experience a private one-hour airboat ride.
  Board a small, open-air airboat with elevated seats for panoramic views. Guided by your captain, glide across miles of untouched wetlands, passing sawgrass prairies, cypress forests, and mangrove corridors. Keep an eye out for alligators, turtles, and vibrant birdlife along the way.
  The experience also includes visits to two private islands (hammocks). The first island is home to rescued alligators and turtles cared for by the community. The second island holds special significance: once the village where the Miccosukee family resided until 1962, it now serves as an educational site. Here, you might encounter the legendary “Papa Alligator” or “Mama Alligator,” and you’ll have the opportunity to stroll along a short boardwalk.

• Miccosukee Indian Village - Visit the Miccosukee Indian Village Store (except on Monday and Tuesday, when an alternative stop is provided). A brief driving tour of the Indian reservation will follow.

• Miami - Return to your hotel or be dropped off at any other location in downtown Miami or Miami Beach.

Avoid the typical tourist spots! This Everglades experience is unlike the busy parks or large boats that most agencies offer. Enjoy a comfortable journey with small-group transport in a Mercedes Sprinter or SUV, both fully licensed and insured.

Within the Indian reservation, hop on a small open-air airboat with elevated seating—much more intimate than the boats that carry over 50 passengers. Our group (maximum 14 people) will have a private one-hour ride, not shared with others. Glide across untouched wetlands, from sawgrass prairies to cypress swamps, and visit two private islands now home to rescued alligators and turtles, cared for by the Miccosukee community. The second island is where the family resided until 1962, and you can take a short walk on a boardwalk.
