All worked out v smoothly despite v early start. Raul, our driver, was excellent. Very informative commentary en route & dropped us at a convenient location we requested at the end. Airboat ride was fun, alligator show was ok but I didn’t like to see a fox captive in such a small enclosure. Nobody needs to see a fox in a cage! Otherwise all good at giving an impression of the Everglades landscape.

Our tour operator, Simona, was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. The Everglades are beautiful and we saw 4 alligators and lots of interesting birds.

Matteo our guide was great the same as our captain (i think it's Joe). the reservation process was a bit slow and took long to confirm itinerary. Something that is not good when you are on a time restraint as a tourist. The alligator show was amazing, the scenery is beautiful. Everybody was very nice. We saw thre alligators, turtles and a brids. We were expecting a smaller boat. We were not adivsed it was vey loud. Our thought is that the Everglagdes require a longer stay and we may opt for that in the future. We recommend this tour just havin in mind what already said. Thanks for everything!

The driver was very nice. Arranging a pick up was a little difficult but responses were quick. There was a lot of waiting time. The boat ride was just ok.
