- Pelican Harbor Boat Ramp - Your local Miami Captain will meet you at 1 Pelican Harbor Dr, Miami, FL 33138. There is plenty of parking available along with restrooms. Your captain will assist you in boarding the boat and will review the day’s itinerary with you. Once your trip concludes, the captain will return you to the same departure point.
