Best thus far - We had a blast! I go on Atv tours everywhere I go and this has been by far the best as of yet! I loved the course, and we had some straight aways where we could really open up🫡We had a couple beginners in the group that was slowing us down at first , but they split us up so they could take their time and we can have our fun without having to slow down and wait. Great customer service, Great tour guide, and the best course. Highly recommend Our tour guide was flash by the way. Have fun 🤙🏾

Very Enjoyable vocation spot - We had an amazing time and could not ask for anything less than what we was offered. I recommend this to everyone that wants to do something fun while in Miami. Our tour guide was fantastic and I can not remember his name but he was from DUVAL!!

We had a really good time!! - We had a fantastic time with the ride. Reason I removed a star is because. There was no explanation when we booked that we had to put down a deposit. It states there’s no hidden fees. But I call that a hidden fee. Because, we would have went there prepared. We got there and we had to scramble around looking for deposit. They refused to take my card, they wanted cash app payment instead. We almost didn’t do the ride, because not everyone has cash app.

A bummer… - My friend and I tried this for the very first time during our trip to Miami and we were absolutely not impressed with the ATV tour. One of the gentlemen was nice, the other one, however, was incredibly rude. There was little to no understanding that this was our first time doing this and he constantly got on us about going too slow and saying “what’s the point of doing this? You’re throwing your money away”. The guide was actually riding in a double seated ATV with his girlfriend who was also quite rude to us. She went as far as making faces to my friend whenever the guide was getting on her about the way she was riding. At one point the guide and his girlfriend just completely started making out in the middle of driving the ATV. She was driving and out of nowhere completely turned her head to kiss him while the ATV drove itself. They stressed the importance of safety so it was confusing to see that it obviously didn’t apply to them. Absolutely zero professionalism from that guide. We definitely do not recommend this tour, especially if you’re trying this for the very first time!

Didn’t even do no ATV... - Didn’t even do no ATV riding. Kept giving me multiple prices when I arrived which was so weird, after we paid $80 for the reservation we had to pay an extra $360 they said and when we said it’s four of us but we want two atvs they said $220 then I asked where did the $80 dollars going through they said that’s just to book the reservation and we have to pay an extra $80 per person while we there and I’m like what?

Must read !!! Disappointed customer! - Location on the Confirmation email was incorrect. Also the The company text message confirmation address was incorrect. We didn’t even get to do our experience and we paid in full. They wanted to charge us for being late, but the address on both ends were incorrect. The lady at the desk was very nasty an uncompromisable …we were from out of town didn’t know the area she still wanted to charge my group $150 for late fee never again with this third-party called Viator an the REDLAND ATV .. Very disappointed .. My group was highly upset, disappointed we did not even receive our service and we didn’t even get our money back. $300 down the drain. Don’t waste your money. There are other ATVs in the area and do not pre pay .. talk with the third-party company and there was nothing they can do called Viator

If you have plans do NOT book service horrible communication - Horrible service please do not book texted me at 12:36 am to push my appointment back the morning of which was planned months in advance and did not respond back until 11AM which we had a whole itinerary set up back to back
