Awesome Excursion - The boat was very nice and the captain was knowledgeable. The meeting place was easy to find. We had a party of 7 for a birthday party and it was very accommodating.

Seeing is Believing! - Not only was Cpt Markus extremely welcoming and engaging, he also helped us better understand the ups and downs of the beautiful surrounding of South Beach as well enjoy a smooth & soft ride. Family enjoyed swimming in front of the house of the most prominent 4 Americans en vogue.

Great Day - We rented the boat to celebrate a bachlorette party and it did not disappoint. Due to weather, we had to reschedule to another day and the team was great. The day of the trip, we had markus as a captain and he was top tier, he communicated, told us some awesome stories and just over all nice.. We would definately recommend this trip to.

Average, not Luxury - This ride was OK but not as marketed. The Captain was an extra $50/hr cash & there was a $100 "landing fee" for basically dock usage. We did not get a 50' boat, it was 38', that was the biggest disappointment. The boat had a lot of deterioration on the interior & when you factor in unloading, it ends up being a 1hr 45min tour. This was an average experience at best, nothing luxury about it really.

Fun time, lots of fees, get a fun captain! - I came down to Miami with 7 of my friends for an early birthday celebration. We had a few kinks in reservation but we still enjoyed ourselves. The boat was one of our highlights. The website gave me an issue with reserving, so I had to call in to correct the reservation. there are a lot of fees that are not said or not very clear. I knew about the boat rental fee, the separate captain fee and the captains tip, then the day before the event I received an email for another $200 for a landing fee for the dock. We were still looking forward to the boat despite because YOLO. We arrived to the boat dock 10-15 minutes early since we didn't know where we were going. The captain Markus seemed to be annoyed by that. He also said that my reservation was only for 4 people, which I did not specify. the booking service allows you to book by group, and each group can have up to 13 people, which I only had 7. I wasn't sure what he wanted me to do at that point. As we were boating, another boater swam up to say hello and Markus was super annoyed by it and flicked water at the person. It seemed really unprofessional and it really got my friends and I on edge. We didn't know what would set him off next. We all still had as much fun as possible, which we would have gotten a nicer more fun captain. My friend was trying to disconnect her phone from the boat at the end of the tour and he snapped at her, yelling at a 43 yr old woman was so rude. He went from 'thank you so much" when I paid his tip, to " TURN IT OFF" in seconds. very jekly and hyde. The booking website allows you to pick a captain by name but there is no profile or picture so its hard to figure out which captain to choose. I think someone doing this should be a real people person, not grumpy.

No Where Near Luxury - We booked this trip with short notice and I felt like I had read enough of the fine print but I was surprised by many things and would not suggest this trip. The cost was marketed as $650 for 2 hours. The Captain also required $50/hr cash. And there was a landing fee of $100 for us to be at the dock. We were also provided a 38' Searay, not a 50'. The interior had major cracks in almost all of the vinyl seating and the cooler looked like it had been thrown off a cliff. The positive was that Marcus, our Captian, was great. He made the experience fun. But the boat was no where near luxury.

absolutely horrific, bait and switch operation. owner should be arrested for fraud - DO NOT ,, I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK A BOAT WITH THIS CROOK! We showed up to the boat yesterday only to learn once we got on board that there was no generator. Which means, no fridge, no electricity whatsoever. Had to keep our food in a beat up old cooler. The boat was dilapidated. Old, seats torn, one tiny table that wasn’t even sturdy. One working speaker. But the kicker… was once we got out on the water, the captain informed us that the owner was not allowing us to go over 7 mph for the entire 4 hour booking. 7 mph!!! People on paddle boards were lapping us. The owner was texting the captain the entire time because he could see if he went maybe 9 mph . The captain also told us he has microphones on the dock so he can hear your conversations! Gross and weird and illegal!!! He has to throw out a manual anchor because , surprise, the anchor didn’t work and the lily pad to sit in had a gigantic tear in it so you couldn’t even sit on it. We contacted the owner who said that that this was all in the contract. It was not! If it were, it was hidden purposely, because who in their right mind would rent a boat for over $1200 to go 7 mph on beat up piece of garbage? Wake speed is 20 mph. So imagine that??? I am actually contacting BBB and any affiliate of the boating community to report this charlatan. Pan Ocean is the name of this boat. Stay away from this. There are far too many reputable, working and legitimate boat rentals in Miami. Take our experience and steer very clear of this moronic , dishonest and disgusting outfit!
