Best value tour. - This day was the best value ever. Three great activities and we loved them all. Fantastic day. Hosts of all tours were excellent.

A great, varied day, highly recommended for orientation. - Was a mega day, I would recommend, if you stay longer in Miami and surroundings for “orientation”. You get a very good picture of the city and in addition there is a small trip to the Everglades. This is really a lot of program in one day, but never stressful at any time. The bus rides are also good, because you can already collect a few impressions. Yes, the constant inquiry about tips sucks, you may question the salary system/remuneration system there, but you will notice in every restaurant that there is still a certain expectation of tips after about 18% Service fee. But, you can tip moderately. I always recommend smaller denominations of dollar bills, otherwise you have to change annoyingly.
Back to the tour, we were more than positively surprised, a really good Price quality ratio!

Great tour but combo x 3 can be a bit overwhelming . - This tour was well worth. can get a bit tired at the end of the day. we did the everglades boat tour first, sadly we count see no alligators . With previous safari experiences i can understand that the sightings can be very rare. But the air boat riding experience was mint, the driver/guide was excellent and nice chatty chap. The city tour was also good were we had free Cuban coffee at Little Havana nad later the boat tour. No complaints we encountered and would recommend.

Unorganized - The location where tour starts is an unorganized mess! No one is really in charge. They’d rather be snacking on food and talking! They never clearly explained how we were doing all three tours. It was piecemeal information and all tours started late. We did not see any alligators on Everglades ride except the caged ones! Bus tour was hard to understand guide as she had three different languages she was using and had a strong accent herself. Besides having 30 kids on bus yelling and screaming to people on the street! Boat tour was ok but didn’t show much! Boat was playing rap music so loud!! Get a different tour group! Not this one!

Disappointed. Waste of time. No need - Very bad organization. Information is unclear. Confused and very cluttered. Not very nice at the Welcoming Desk, either. WE WAIT, WE WAIT, we waste crazy time. Completely wasted time and a whole day wasted. Without any interest. Not at all around Miami: not even the visit of Little Haiti which is still to be done, nor Coconut Grove to be done too. The Miami art district "at the pace" not even time to take one or two pictures!!! While we could have left immediately at the scheduled but misindicated time more than an hour waiting in front of the offices for nothing!!! RHHHHH. It is not a city tour at all and even less a drop on / drop off NOT AT ALL do not get fooled!!!! As for the guide in the same absolutely inaudible style and completely "I don't care". We do as soon as possible to take a break in front of a souvenir shop of one of his friends for no reason to buy!!! The meal is planted there total lack of information, explanations and co!!! lamentable communication. The cruise we wait we wait again and again. Very disappointed and extremely pissed off for wasting a day for nothing. Total lack of clear and accurate information. A waste of time. No need for a excursion. Take another trip. And especially GO SEE ELSEWHERE!!!!! (the amphibious car that makes both land and cruise at the same time for example)

Worst Trip of our Vacation - Firstly they gat you there very early. First part in the Everglades was brilliant apart from the driver demanding a minimum tip. Then a 1,5 hour wait till check in then a45 minutes wait as the bus was 15 mins late. Bus struggled to pull away but they met it go. Only for it to break down on I95. Over an hour later in blistering heat we get a replacement. Little Havana we are told 10 mins so rushed in for Cuban coffee and out only to be ushered in in to an empty bar next door. Then. On the bus. Can’t be late for the boot oh we are. Hurry hurry the boat is waiting for you. Rush on to the boat sit and wait twenty minutes and off we go Be back for the bus 1930 latest it the last bus. So we don’t bother eating back to bus stop. Bus turns up no guide. Drinker parks so older people and kids have to walk over tree roots to board. There was space to pull forward too. Bus left you got it twenty minutes late. Driver had to go get a drink. The worst bit as a break down can happen was not one apology through out was given. Herded like cattle missed free time in Little Havana personally if this is what City Tours is about go to Big Bus do yourself a favour.

Not worth the money and time - The tour and the driver were good but the pickup from the cruise was not good they were 2 hours late. The cruise stuff were great Leo was fun and made the tour on the boat great.it was not worth the money and the time that we wasted waiting for the bus. It was very disorganized

DONT do it!!!! - Showed up at 8:30am, waited till after 9 am for our bus to arrive. Bus broke down on the highway to the Everglades, bus was able to get us there. But a new bus came late after 12:45pm when we needed to be ready for pick up at 12:30, no one told us. Then, when arrived back to check in for our other tours to come back at 2:30pm after lunch for the city tour. We arrived on time, the bus came after 3pm, didn’t leave till 3:30pm. Then! Took us to Havana to spend time only to three stores to spend time there. Got to the boat tour, not much to see what you to spend money. Please don’t do these tours. Not worth it. Waste of time

Bordering on scam. - We weren't given a boat ticket and couldn't board. They did not respond to the request for reimbursement. Besides, they left us in the middle of the street and had to find the boat by our means.
