Combo tour July 2025 - The Combo were excellent including the tour guides. All three (3) tour guides was excellent.
It was the transport driver from the bayside to the Everglades that was NOT good.
Plus Why were we charged unexpectedly additional 4.00 dollar service charge when the full Combo was paid in advance.
Everglade trip:
We were told to meet at the Ben Pizza but it was not clarified that there are 2 Ben’s pizza and it should have been clarified on the back of sticker label that it was the Ben Pizza at the front. There was no driver standing ant the Ben pizza once we made it to the / d Ben pizza and some of us were not sure where or what to do next. Finally the driver came and said that we had to go with him. We did not know to look for a black van. The driver was complaining about not having the correct people and still 2 missing customers etc it was not an enjoyable start to the ride to the Everglades. And he made it clear it was the office fault and not his! After the swamp trip, we waited around, now not sure what time we were supposed to be picked up. It was about 30 mins of waiting around. The driver finally came, we started to board meanwhile he lights a cigarette. Which was frustrating because we had to be back in time in for the skyline cruise. There was not enough seating. And a child of 9 years old had to sit on a parent lap at the back.
That morning the young men in the cruise tour office! Seem to be hurried and did not give some of the customers their stickers for the Everglades. Therefore, there was confusion on the numbers and the seating in the van at the bayside point.
The tour guide at the Everglades swamp was excellent and it was a wonderful experience.
The tour guide for bus tour was excellent.
The driver for transporting from the Bayside to the Everglades did not make it a good experience.
He was grumpy and negative.

Poor driver - The day was really nice until we met the driver who took us from the boat ride to the Everglades. He was rude, blunt, took video calls with us in his van, weaved through traffic, and requested tips upon our return. Very disappointing experience with the driver

Poor organisation by tour operator - The tour operator is not organised well. For messages I sent there was no reply.
The one day tour I booked had three components.
1. City tour.
2 Biscayne Bay cruise
3 Everglade air boat
When we went to tour operator office, the staff there wrongly sequenced the tour for us with the result we could do only first two on that day . Then they offered the third one after two days later
Since we were in Miami for three days we could take it. Otherwise we would have missed the Everglades air boat for the poor organisation of the tour operator. Further for going to thier office one more day we had to spend 50 Dollars extra in taxi.

Some people don’t know what means if you come late you wait for the people in front of you. - They should have a line with ropes to stand in. Got there before other people and they rushed and cut and got on before me.

Meh - The Everglades tour was delayed due to a nearby lightning strike. After our tour started, there was more lightning which caused our tour to be cut in half. We didn’t see any wildlife (you can’t predict nature though). Because our tour was delayed, our city bus tour was later which limited our ability to use the “hop on, hop off” feature. We were told my the staff at Miami Tours that there was nothing they could do to compensate us and that because we were on the last tour time for the hop on hop off bus, that we had to respect the time constraints and we weren’t allowed to enjoy the stops. The boat tour of millionaire homes was great! The staff were very interactive and fun.
We also paid extra for the front seats which almost caused a fight because there were no clear indications that those seats were reserved.
If we had to do all over again, I’d choose a different day for the hop on hop off bus tour.
We did meet the nicest folks from London though!

Worst Miami Combo tour - It was a horrific experience. First, there was no bus available for the combo Miami tour. Forthy five minutes after the announced start time we were allocated to a bus doing the Miami tour. The guide was a desaster. He didn't provide any informations. He was only asking for tips. At the end of the tour in the Miami Harbour area, he left without indicating how to get to the second tour, the Miami Harbor boat tour. The third tour, the Everglades tour, was a ride through the Everglades. Absolutely no information was provided. The "guide" was not talking a single word. It was a complete desaster. I don't recommand this tour.
