Awesome city tour 😊 - It was an awesome trip. The staff was awesome and they guided us very well. We enjoyed the city tour a lot and the gator watch was fun. Fortunately the combo let us have a view of the city in the evening with city lights. This was an awesome experience and we (specially my partner) enjoyed a lot. Thanks Viator for providing us tickets with great combo.

Could be Better! - It was ok, just not enough of things to do. We also needed a bus that wasn't running the AC at 30 degrees. All guest could see their breath because it was cold. The driver did not speak any English and it was difficult to communicate with him. It took us a while to get him to understand that we wanted the AC turned off. Once he understood, he showed us his jacket that he was wearing and said it was broken. Poor customer service. In future information to your potential guest would have been more prepared if we knew about the parking situation. We paid an additional 70.00 to park. We were also inform that we had to pay an additional $2 per guest for tips. At the end of each bus and boat rides they all asked for additional tips.

Too long - I will recommend the trip but it was much longer than 8 hrs. The whole trip lasted almost 12 hours. Our evening plans had to be canceled as we did not get back till 8 pm. Trip to Everglades was 1 hr drive each way which in my opinion was too long for a 30 min ride on air boat.

All right, to the end. - The tour was basically good. However, in the end we were allowed to wait almost an hour in the bus for other guests of the boat tour. Obviously, they saved a bit on the buses and didn't say clearly beforehand that this takes so long. The Internet said you'd be back at 6:30. In fact, we were back at 8:50 p.m. I find that more than a small deviation, especially since we actually wanted to do something else afterwards.

Wroste tourism in the world - This the worst experience I have with the Miami tours. They don't how to behave with guests. They won't know how to talk with the guest. I have been many places I am Google tourist where I share my reviews. This Miami tours driver left us at Bayside market place in the morning for the Bayside boat trip and the boat guy simple stoped us by saying no place in boat and ask us to leave for the next adventure trip ever I need to catch the bus to reach the place but bus didn't pick for the air boat. We waited up to evening and customer care but no luck. We got one bus to pick us and that bus is full we stood in the bus with kids. After reaching to Miami tour office only one old lady was at desk before asking she said I am not responsible person to talk and I don't system access. I think it's her daily job to say the same thing. I suggest to buy any tickets from this Miami tour guy definitely get upset. Thank you

UNACCEPTABLE, dont do anything with Miami Tours neither Viator - Worst is imposible. We did not do the activity, they took us down from the bus and they did not give any solution and now Viator does not refund the money. UNACCEPTABLE

HORRIBLE - Terrible. We showed up 30 minutes before departure time. It was mass chaos when we showed up and left 30 minutes after we were supposed to leave. After the City tour and Bay water tour we were told to meet the bus back at 2 pm for the Everglades tour. IT NEVER SHOWED UP. There was a group of 30+ of us waiting for this ‘bus’. They canceled our bus and never told any of us. Our calls were ignored and some even hung up on. Showed back up to the office and they were conveniently closed. We hung around and ate and they happed to be back open. Went in to talk to them and was told no refund and that the worker couldn’t speak English even though when he needed our mandatory $2 tip a person before the tour he sure knew how to speak it then.

Huge scam - A huge disappointment. We reserved our spot in september and paid. Arriving there one hour before, we were told we are on the list. Arriving at the time indicated, amidst a lot of other disappointed customers, all of a sudden the tour was sold out! We could not go on our tour. This is a scam!

Terrible - This was the worst tour experience me and my family have ever experienced in our life international and domestic. The workers had no clue what was happening half the time and had no control of the Passengers of the bus causing us to be late multiple times to our destination and leave numerous people behind. We herded on to a bus falling apart and given a drive with no ability to speak English. Our first stop was allegedly the Everglades national park but instead of heading south from Miami we went north to Ft. Lauderdale and when we asked the driver where he was taking us he had no idea. Our next stop was allegedly tour of little Havana but instead we were promoted to try some “Cuban coffee” from some random on the corner. Our “tour guide” refused to speak into the mic leaving everyone on the top of the bus wondering what the plan even was. We lost multiple people at this stop. Our last stop was the boat tour where they dropped us off and left us to find the place ourselves. They claimed they would have a bus every 30 minutes and when we arrived back at the entrance at 7 there was no bus waiting for us. We called to ask when the next one would come and they said didn’t know and then hung up. We were forced to get an uber so we weren’t stranded. I would never recommend this experience and I hope they get shut down.
