Everything was great, we... - Everything was great, we left on time, everything was perfect, the driver was very nice, the double-decker bus was very comfortable, and had air conditioning. We saw two crocodiles while swimming, which was a huge pleasure, and the bonus was that we were able to hold and take a photo with a baby crocodile, and we even tried a crocodile taco cafe 😎🤓… Overall, the experience was unforgettable… We left at 9:00 am and returned at 1:20 pm. Everything was very worthwhile and pleasant, and most importantly, the price for this experience was worth it.

Great learning experience! - This was a really fun and great learning experience! Our Captain Jack was very informative about the Everglades ecosystem! We saw some beautiful birds and lively plantation, unfortunately we did not see an gators in the water for our tour, BUT they have an exhibit in the back with lots of alligators and reptiles and being able to hold one of the baby gators was an unforgettable experience!

The airboat tour was a... - The airboat tour was a great experience. The tour guides at the Everglades were knowledgeable and fun to learn from. The bus ride however was another story. The bus ride to the Everglades was about a hour long which was made clear at the beginning. The bus would only go 30 mph on the way back to the pick up spot following the activity. Then adding traffic into the mix, an hour drive turned into over two hours. Any mechanical issues were not related to the group. I would do this activity again but would not probably book through this third party company.

It was neat to see an... - It was neat to see an alligator in its natural habitat. However, due to the weather the boat ride was cut in half. The food stand was closed so we couldn’t eat lunch like it said (that was not due to weather). The store was small and so were the exhibits. They didn’t even offer anything to compensate for the trip being cut short. Over all it was ok but I won’t be revisiting.

Waste of time and money - Hidden fees until you check in and did not see one alligator. Not even an hour like I was told my group only went out for 20 maybe 25 minutes.

I feel scammed - I was taking my kiddo to the Everglades. We took the hour long bus ride and the park was CLOSED. It was raining therefore the closed the park. That’s understandable but the signs that was posted stated that the excursion will happen rain or shine. So we decided we will still go being that we paid. We ride an hour back and the manager/owner/whatever his title is Antony is goooooooone. He left one worker to deal with customers wondering if they will be reimbursed. What a coward. I hope I get my money back.
