Great boat ride! - This was a great way to find alligators and see the swamps of the Everglades. I wish we could have gone inward more, but I don’t know how that is possible 🤷🏼‍♀️. Our guide was very good and friendly. My daughter had a blast petting and holding the baby alligator.

Great time, long time however - The time frame was way off. Travel time was roughly 90 minutes each direction Actual airboat time was roughly 40-45 minutes But all an all it was a very good time. Especially for the price

Nice experience! - Great to be in contact with nature and its wild animals! The trip is super long in a very old bus, they tell you the AC has issue that day but reading the reviews looks like the problem it’s been going on for a while. The driver, during the trip, gives you tons of info about Miami, he knows a lot about the city and the territory!

Driver talks too much - This is a good way to see Everglades. I would have given more stars in the review but I found the driver talked way too much. Driver also got upset with us when we didn’t want to watch the gator talk.

Thieves! Don’t trust this company! - Thieves! They took our money, then did not pick us up for the tour at the Time and Place, even though we showed up 20 minutes early and waited. After three phone calls being told to keep waiting, they said they had left without us. but refused to give us back our money.

Not worth it at all - We were supposed to get to the park at 2:30 max. We got there around 4:15 and the park closes at 5:00. The 3 hours that they say the activity last, is more like an 2 and a half hours on the bus with the driver talking the whole trip and 30-40 minutes at the everglades. The airboat ride they say it lasts 40 minutes but we were on the boat for 20. Not worth it at all. They also charge you an extra fee when you get to the meeting point.

Miami Tours are crooks - We took the Miami tours Everglades trip, they are crooks. First they charged 5 dollars per person to give us priority VIP seating in the bus to Everglades, the driver had no clue of this and never gave any priority seating, secondly they shortcut the trip as the bus arrived late and there was no time for the animal show. On trying to get money back for VIP tickets, the manager Anthony spoke very rudely with zero customer service, telling us that we were given seating on the top deck, which we anyways had as there were 70 people on the bus, no priority seating, it was a hoax. Don't get into their VIP trap ever.

Long wait and no Air Conditioning - It took 7.5 hours for the whole trip most of which we spent either waiting or in the bus (with air conditioning) They say its AC bus but it never works as you can read in the other comments as well. They are always out of freon gas. The driver is nice, too talkative though. They spent quite a bit on the audio system in the bus, wish they did same on the air conditioning and seats. Most of the seats were broken and unscrewed from the base coz of which its very uncomfortable to sit.
