Fantastic. - We visited the Everlglades Water Park by bus led by German. We were impressed by the beauty of the fauna and alligators seen in their natural habitat. The experience with the water slide was exciting recommended for those Staying in Miami vile to have such an experience

Saw 2 Alligators - Did what they said they would do. Picked us up from south beach in a big coach it was pretty full as had do 3 pick ups before. It took about an hour to get to the Everglades. Did the boat very good we saw two alligators was amazing and then saw the show. You get a free professional photo. Great experience. Just a note you have to pay the guide 15% tip at the end

this was a great excursion. Everyone was pleasant. We had a good time. - Small group, great caption. we saw alligators and beautiful birds, lots of lolly pads and it was a great experience. The captain was great about explaining the history. If we came back, we would do it again. They had a food shack so that if you wanted to eat something you could.

Fun and easy for a large group - We took a group of 6 adults and 11 kids here after a cruise while we were waiting for our flight; and it was some of the kids favorite thing that we did during our vacation! The price was really reasonable for what you got. I wish I remembered our boat operators name, because he was SO great! We didn’t see a ton of wildlife, but for us it was a perfect mix of animals, good information, and a fun airboat ride. The little animal show at the end was surprising and really enjoyable! 10 out of 10

More laidback than I... - More laidback than I expected the airboat ride to be, that was nice. Be prepared for long bus ride. All went well. Was happy to be there.

Absolutely Terrifying Experience – Avoid This Tour at All Costs! - I booked this Everglades tour in Miami before my cruise departure, expecting a fun and stress-free excursion. What I got instead was one of the most frightening and bizarre experiences of my life. Our tour operator, Mario, showed up in an old, run-down bus that was literally leaking water from the ceiling and windows. It was uncomfortable, damp, and felt completely unsafe. But the worst part came after the tour. Mario was supposed to drop me off at a designated location where I had planned to catch a ride to the cruise terminal. Instead, he insisted on personally taking me to the terminal. I politely declined and said I’d just get an Uber, but he wouldn’t take no for an answer. That’s when things took a turn. As we got closer to the terminal, Mario kept driving right past it, rambling about how the cruise would wait for me. Meanwhile, I had my own GPS running and watched in horror as the distance to the terminal went from 20 minutes… to 40. I begged him to stop the bus and let me out, but he wouldn’t. At that point, I was genuinely scared for my safety — it felt like I was being kidnapped or that something seriously sketchy was going on. Finally, I yelled at him to stop and jumped off the bus in the middle of the street during a full-on storm. Soaking wet and panicking, I had to spend $175 on an emergency Uber to get to the cruise terminal — and I made it with literally TWO minutes to spare. This wasn’t just unprofessional — it was terrifying and completely inappropriate. I wouldn’t recommend this tour or Mario to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the fear, and the risk. Book elsewhere.

High volume touristy, conveniently saw "resident" alligator 1 minute into the ride. - High volume of tourists, conveniently saw a "resident, alligator within 1 minute.Love the power poles/lines in the background of my few photos.Didn't go anywhere near far enough into the river system, could have at least gone a bit further but instead shared the experience with numerous other crafts and fishing boats.Supposed to be a one hour trip, you ripped us off and gave us 45 minutes.
