Upon arrival at our company site in Teotihuacan around 5:20 am, registration will take place. Please have your reservation, identification (INE, Visa, or Passport), and body weight ready, and you will be informed of your designated balloon.
Enjoy complimentary coffee or tea with bread before boarding the balloon at approximately 6:10 am for a flight lasting 45 to 60 minutes.
Upon landing, celebrate with a toast of sparkling wine and receive a certificate as a memento of your balloon flight.
A buffet breakfast follows at the restaurant from approximately 8:00 to 10:00 am.
Afterward, there is an optional visit to the Teotihuacan Archaeology Zone, with free time until approximately 10:00 to 12:30 pm.
Once all passengers are on board, the transport will return to CDMX, with the drop-off at the Angel of Independence around 1 or 2 pm.

Hot air balloon - I recently went on a hot air balloon ride, and it was an unforgettable experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking—floating peacefully above the landscape as the sun rose was pure magic. Everything felt calm and surreal, making it a perfect moment to take in nature’s beauty from above. The staff were truly lovely—friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. They made us feel safe and welcome throughout the entire journey. From takeoff to landing, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something unique and memorable. A truly beautiful adventure!

Amazing experience! - It was amazing! The crew was super nice and the flight went well. It was my friends birthday and they arranged a flyer with felix cumpleaños! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing flight experience - Highly recommend!! The staff are all so lovely and make the trip as easy as possible (transport from accommodation etc). Incredible views at sunrise and a toast after you land!

I recommend the experience but with another agency - In the reservation promised surprise birthday and it was only a sticker, the supposedly professional photos are not of good quality I do not recommend them take them eagerly and come out dark, it comes better taking them from a cell phone, I do not recommend them,
