Wonderful day trip from CDMX! - This trip was such a unique experience for us and we loved it. The drive is long and far but it’s so worth it. We loved the first stop to eat local food and pick up water shoes if you needed them and then delicious pastry stop on the way back. Great guide and would totally recommend!

Hot Water Springs - Our trip to the Tolantongo Hot Springs was unforgettable, and it was all thanks to Nina (our amazing tour guide) and Ernesto (our skilled driver). Nina was warm, knowledgeable, and full of energy—she made the journey just as fun as the destination. She shared fascinating facts about the area, gave great tips for enjoying the springs, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. Ernesto’s driving was smooth and safe, even on winding roads. He made the ride feel relaxed, so we could just enjoy the stunning scenery along the way. The hot springs themselves were breathtaking—turquoise water, mountain views, and a peaceful atmosphere you can’t find anywhere else. Between the natural beauty and the hospitality of our guide and driver, it felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Highly recommend booking with Nina and Ernesto if you want your Tolantongo trip to be stress-free, fun, and unforgettable!

A great excursion! - The trip was great! The guide was nice the only issue we as a family had was the stop over for breakfast. It was fast and it was not a great place. They only had a few options to eat, none of the items we had were good, a few were bad even,

Our guide Alex left us free time in the park and Gustavo the driver moved us to the two comfort sections - Wear water shoes, swimming trunks, sun cream, towel and cash, do not accept credit card. There are places to eat although you can bring your own food.

Location yes! Tour company, no - The location itself was 10/10 highly recommend going. I've downgraded to a 3/5 star because the bus was horrible!! Less leg room than a budget airline. I am about 178cm tall and couldn't even sit with my body straight. Luckily I could swap to a seat in the front row otherwise I would have been in pain all day from the long bus ride

Terrible guest manager - The cave itself is awesome, their buses are terrible, the distance is 79 miles, it took him 4 hours to get there, the bus did not have any springs so you feel every bump in the road, the guide left us in the hot springs without telling us how to get there , she took us to a rest in the way back that they did not have any water so we could not wash our hands or flush the toilet, I will go again to the caves but not with amigo tours
