Amazing experience!! - Salma was our tour guide and we had the best experience! Zafira was our photographer for the day and was also helpful throughout our tour. Pick up went great and they were very communicative starting from the day before. Upon arrival we were greated and breakfast was delicious and easy. The whole experience was great and we were guided throughout. 10/10 experience!

Don’t recommend - The people were nice but overall this was pretty disappointing. -the transportation had no AC as promised, which mad for a sweltering and miserable 1.5 hour drive back to Mexico City. -the tour lasted over 7 hours with a lot of wasted time. We budgeted 5 as was described in the listing. -the “art museum” was not a museum but a place where you are pressured to buy art. And the tour guide for this part of the tour talked for over an hour straight without really saying anything. -the same with “chocolate making”. Just another place where you are pressured to spend money. You get to smash like 5 cacao beans. -the tour of the pyramids was pretty cool but the guide wouldn’t stop talking long enough for you to take it all in. -sadly, the cave breakfast was probably the highlight.

Avoid. Terrible. - Absolutely terrible experience. We were told pickup at 8 then less than 12 hrs prior to pickup told we would be picked up earlier and have to share a van with additional ppl. Then sat in traffic for hours. Arrives two hours later than planned time. Zero communication. I had to message the contact via what’s app from the can I was trapped in with for four hours with no water, no bathroom breaks, etc. I was told that I can’t get a refund and now we get breakfast at 12pm and it’s a nasty buffet that’s been sitting out for hours and now we can expect to maybe return by 3pm. This was a MORNING TOUR. That is why I chose this tour—see things in the morning and still have the rest of the day. We ended up skipping the whole tour and getting an Estimated bet back to CDMX. They told me they would help get transportation back but they didn’t even do that. Worst tour I have ever booked on TripAdvisor.
