Tour with David and Felix - We had an excellent experience on our tour to the pyramids in Mexico with David as our guide and Felix as our driver. David was extremely knowledgeable and provided clear, insightful explanations about the history and culture of the site. His professionalism and enthusiasm made the visit both educational and enjoyable. Felix was an outstanding driver punctual, courteous, and made us feel very safe throughout the trip. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the overall logistics of the day ran smoothly thanks to his reliability. We highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a well organized, informative, and seamless tour experience in Mexico.

Great guide, timing off - The guide , Sergio, was very knowledgeable about history. Funny, helpful. Great guide. He gets a 5. However, we were rushed through the basilica tour and ran out of time to see the museum and third pyramid at teotihuacan because a group from the English speaking group had to join us. We were in the Spanish speaking group. The company oversold the English tour. This caused delays as they had to coordinate . I believe this is why we ran out of time. Another suggestion, spend less time at souvenir shops to allow more time at pyramids. Again, I think we did never were waiting for the people from the other group.

Very enjoyable day but.. - Very enjoyable day, Guadalupe Shrine and Teotihuacan are stunning but improvements need to be made. Maximum group size should be 35 but we had 55 which was far too many. We had trouble keeping up with our guide in busy areas who started giving information before the full group was assembled and if we were at the back we could not hear her. Tlacaelel is a tourist trap and our service in the restaurant was not good as we waited over 30 minutes for our overpriced food. Having been told to wear our seatbelts whilst on the Freeway, we found at least three seatbelts were unusable which we reported to our guide on arrival at Tlacaelel but she forgot to tell the driver. When she did he was not interested.

It's a very long day. I... - It's a very long day. I would rather have skipped the Guadalupe shrine. It would be helpful in Teotihuacan to have pamphlets available for sale with map and description of building process and cultural basis.

Terrible Experience – Avoid Amigo Tours! - I cannot stress enough how unprofessional this tour company is. I arrived early, exactly as instructed, and waited in the designated area for nearly an hour. I was texting the operator and even called their office—no one responded. When they finally reached out, it was from another location, long after they had left. I asked if I could still join the tour, and they said no—it was too late. Shockingly, they told me I could join the next group only if I paid a penalty, even though I had been on time for the tour I originally booked. They refused to refund either the tour or the lunch I had already paid for. I’ve traveled extensively and used many tour services, and I’ve never had an experience this bad. Do yourself a favor: avoid this company entirely. Book elsewhere.

Worst experience of travelling ever! - Nobody showed up at all! Me and my group waited for more than an hour. Even the guide of another tour ahead told us to wait, and the tour guide contacted one from my group that this tour is over since nobody were on time. That's a lie, it's because 31 Aug 25 in Mexico City was having a marathon event, traffic everywhere. How irresponsible is that! The worst experience of my life for travelling so far! Asked for refund, the response was like, it's none of their business!!!!!

DIRE EXPERIENCE - We had hired the excursion, from the pickup points, we chose the closest to our hotel: Hidalgo 2, behind the Palace of Fine Arts, hour 8:50 am. At 8:30 am we were on the spot, at the time. when no one showed up, we called the phone provided, no one answered until 9:07 am (the emergency phone also did not respond), the girl we spoke to told us, unpolitely, that the bus had already left, we could not recover the money, and if we chose another day, we should repay it. (I keep all the evidence, even the SMS) In our month of stay in Mexico, with multiple tours contracted, we have not had the minimum problem. Judge you!!!
