INSUPERABLE GUIDE. WONDERFUL IN EVERYTHING. - DANIELLA was the most EXCELLENT Guide that my entire group of 12 have had in our long journey (and together we have more than 130 countries traveled...). Pro, diligent, dedicated, emotional, cultured, human... It has all the ingredients to be the perfect Guide and deploys without limits its good work every minute. She conquered us all and I wish we could take her with us all our Trips.
There are good, very good, excellent guides... and then there is Daniella. Just UNBEATABLE.
CONGRATULATIONS TO KACTUS for having in his team that priceless treasure. I will recommend it to all groups.

Highlight of my trip - Wonderful tour with Kaktus tours. Jose gave us a tour of Mexico city through the ceremonial and commercial capitals of the Mexica and Teotihuacano people along with modern Mexico. The tour was complete with stories, history, and mythology. Traffic wasnt bad so we even got some surprises along the way and got to taste and drink some delicious local food along with an introduction in how it is made and a view into local artisans making onyx sculptures right in the workshop. Highlight of my trip, i will remember this for many many years. Also dont forget to tip, they really give it 110%.

Teotihuacan - It didn't start smoothly since there was a misunderstanding about our pick-up, but I was surprised how nice staff was about it even though we didn't make much of a fuss, thanks for them. Teotihuacan was stunning, my mother enjoyed churches, too.

Good enough - I had a pretty good experience. The guide was nice and informative, we had hours of history and it was exactly what I was expecting.
The only reason I didn’t gave 5 starts it was because I booked I tour in English but when they were separating the English and the Spanish speakers I was left behind because I could understand most of the language since I’m from Brasil. I think it was a great experience besides this misunderstanding

One trip definately worth considering. - A good day trip. Pick up and drop off are punctual and reliable. Tour guide flexiable, esp. when faced with traffic jams. Lunch was quite late (aroun 4 p.m.) so be prepared with your own snacks. Guide English to be improved ... not that easy to follow him.

Fraud!!! - The Tour got cancelled last Minute due to mechanical Problems. But we never got our refund, even though I contacted the company in every way possible. So be aware and book with another company

Terrible experience - We were at the pickup point on time, and the tour guide just didn’t show up, and the company did not respond to our phone calls, emails or WhatsApp messages. We ended up having to spend much more money to pay for our own Uber and tour guide. Terrible, would not recommend.

Embarrassing and disappointing - WARNING⚠️ they offered us 50$ discount in exchange for a good review. We refused the bribe.
The tour have been highly disappointing: we spend hours in gift shops and restaurants associated with the tour company and way insufficient time in cultural sites we meant to visit. The guide gave a minimum amount of trivial information without real meaning or value.
I recommend to visit places by yourselves rather than joining this tour.

Wrist tour ever - It has been the worst tour ever. We've actually spend most of the time in shop and restaurant linked to the company. The tour guy didn't speak in English. All the information we got were trivial and superficial. Stay away from this tour!
NB: despite the tour guy wasn't qualified, it was kind. The transportation guy as well.
