Excellent Class - This was a great experience! I appreciate that he was prepared and knowledgeable about the food and the culture. The food was seasoned perfectly and the mole was excellent. I can't wait to try making it by myself. I highly recommend anyone to take this class.

Highly recommended - I loved the experience, I went with my partner and my cousin and we had an incredible time. Jim generates a warm and very fluid atmosphere, in addition to sharing his tips and recipes without any "buts" with step-by-step explanations. The pipián and stain tablecloths were delicious and the experience from the moment we arrived to the dessert that Jim prepared for us was wonderful. Highly recommended; We are Mexican and we will definitely go to more classes with Jim.
